Hawken is still in beta noooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!! :'(
come on is a year already, sheesh it took path of Exile two years to get out of Beta stage.
You are correct it's a scam due to you are paying to be a video game tester, consultant, and promoter minus getting rewarded for it.
Yeah umm no sorry I disagree , an early access game is a game in its alpha stage. Basically you are paying the game developer to test the game and report say game developer the bugs, technical issues like the bloody camera, dialogue etc. What used to be a $14.00 the hour to thoroughly test say games has become in reverse the consumer pays money to thoroughly test the game, promote say game and advice say game developer the direction that they should take in regards to the game. At the ...
Darn I will play it soon
Ok I will definitely check papers please and I will finally play Ni No Kuni which by Christmas Miracle I got it for $16.00 on Amazon ^_^.
My list is :
Path of Exile (out of Beta finally)
Dust an elysian tail (hopefully it came out this year)
So for me those are the best games of 2013, I played Doorways but is not as scary as I was hoping plus it looks like a PS2 game. Tomb Raider greatest intro ever then it becomes an improved version of...
Nice list ok finally got Ni No Kuni it took Amazon almost a week to deliver it. Now I will play for a week, then come back and tell you whether is good or not. Second no mention of Path of Exile is really good check it out and dust an elysian tail yeah is also a pretty good game (I am not entirely sure of its release date)
Looks like Big Picture Mode hopefully an improved version of it
Not to be negative or anything but were are the innovative next generation games for the consoles in general. As for the wii u is pretty much done is not that it doesn't have bad games, it has some good games but these good games are last generation games.
Set the trend of selling old ass games at $60.00 and the day one patch. People want to pretend the wii u is a good system mostly because of nostalgia and how great Nintendo used to be. It would of been sweeter to have used the gamepad on Starbucks playing Super Mario 3D world. The idea of having a console and a handheld for the price of one that would of made sense but no the gamepad is a great a wannabe tablet nothing more nothing less
Right now it may seem kind of me but five years from now we might see all PC games running on Linux. It also allows game developers to utilize the hardware of the PC to its full potential without Windows eating all resources, updates, etc. Windows 8.1 works great on tablets or via voice commands (if voice commands are available) but not with a mouse and keyboard due to its Metro user interface.
Oooh I can't wait to try out the Steam OS a gaming OS that will finally allow game developers to harness the full power of the PC without any Windows interference, with GFWL out of the picture it's clear now that Valve will lead the way in terms of an evolution in PC gaming. A gradual shift of game developers making games for Windows into games for Linux. It will also gradually end console gaming.
I agree with you completely, Steam OS may finally encourage game developers to make games for the Linux platform natively and for once game developers will be able to make PC games without Windows interference (resources, updates, joke of a security system, etc).
Is basically the first gaming OS for PC, but from the pictures it looks like Big Picture Mode.
Not to disagree or agree with you but you may be right. Hopefully this rebranded PC cost as low as $500.00. Also it better be as painless as possible when it comes to upgrading but it feels more and more Alienware than a true revolutionary system.
Seems not the best approach I was hoping. Is like having an Alienware machine that only appeals to a niche audience. This approach will definitely eliminate PC gamers all together due to being the same thing as what they are accustomed to. Console gamers may not bite due to many Steam machines, this worries me due to the fact that there is going to be multiple Steam machines that may end up a periodic upgradeability. Which it eliminates the ease of use, it would of being great to have ...
Still no survival elements similar or better than MGS 3, that would of done it the definite version and the most mature version. Tres FX eats a lot of power rendering the console version to 480p 30 frames per second with Tres FX enabled
No survival elements like dehydration, hunt to get healed, die of frostbite, etc. No a mere resolution upgrade, blood and gore yay. For $60.00 that is insane, no Tres FX that is a shame. This game was for $6.99 on Steam during the Fall sale. Console gamers are getting rip off
I already got the definite version of this game on PC for $25.00. It was for $6.99 during the fall sale on Steam. This version doesn't add survival elements lame, blood and gore is not mature
I am waiting for my copy of ni no kuni I bought from Amazon
Ugh I hate early access games I am not paying thoroughly test a game. It used to be game developers paying $14.00 for any person to test a game which I seriously doubt this job exists anymore. With people happily paying to test the game there is no need for it. I prefer kickstarter for having to pay as little as a dollar or five bucks, and get a reward for backing the game up.
