This is EXACTLY what they want, because now you try Game X and realise you actually love it, then Game X2 comes out you are far more likely to buy it, its a fantastic system!

Judging by Naughty Dogs history I am expecting a new ip. They ALWAYS change their Ip every generation no matter how popular. I am expecting a new ip and not another uncharted. I could be wrong but history implies they will.
Apparently they aren't calling it light exactly as you would get power anywhere from the sun. Most people are calling it Neon which I think fits much better.
I have been won over by this, after seeing the higher difficulties that are bloody hard I feel I will be getting a good challenge out of this and my inner child LOVES the look and feel of this game!
There are multiple classes and the scout is the light agile class so I suggest playing as that :)
Why should you have to fork out more money for a game that YOU ALREADY PAID FOR...
F2P is different, hence the word, free.
Your library may not be gimped, but your wallet may be..
Its mostly due to the fact that anything below 30fps is noticeable in a video game and between 30-60fps the difference is just not noticeable enough to be worth the extra effort to boost it up.
Also bear in mind that the higher the framerate the less graphic fidelity they can allow in their game.
Theoretically you could make a near photo realistic game at about 1 fps but of course there has to be compromises somewhere.
It always worries me when companies use such vague terms.
