I don't think that they have said specifically, but they have said that only online multiplayer is hidden behind PS Plus so it would be a good assumption to say that the capture features wont be behind a paywall.

I don't really want to play cross-platform with PC, they have mice... that would lead to a MASSIVE advantage, so unless you can opt in to play against PC I am not happy with Cross play

I disagree with your view on coop, I personally think that would be an awesome addition and me and my roommate could play as Drake and his buddies, that would be fantastic!
Also they should keep the same sweet balance of Platforming/Story/Shooting as it would become quite samey if you took out one counterpart.
And although I do agree it shouldn't be another lost city type story but there should be a similar feel, it would lose some of its roots if it lost...

This may be a good game but it is not a Dead Rising game, where are the insanely bright colours? All I see here is brown.

Yes but do you want the OS to be utter shite? I wouldn't mind sacrificing about 2gb for a really slick and awesome OS an UI that works well with room for features and still 6gb which is already an insane amount for gaming.
I think they need to focus more on with the PS4 and maybe about 30% on the Vita, this coupled with either a bundle of PS4 + Vita or a massive price drop in the memory cards (My biggest concern with it) will help both the PS4 and the Vita as they were made to be the bestest of friends to begin with!
