Dumbed down and simplified to work on/fit on one dvd9 disk and 512megs RAM
I know its satire, but I can't help but feel that they could have used a less flaimbaity title instead... this feels like an obvious xbox fan/ playstation hater hit-generator. Furthermore they have done this a lot in the past with other such pieces. The site instead could have added a few words and in so doing made their intentions much clearer. Here is an example, "The Never EVER Biased Internet Declares Playstation Move an Abject Failure"

When I got to this part in KZ2 I was like it really sucks the multi maps aren't really big enough to support this..Now my wishes have been answered. This looks incredible, really big open levels, even sharper graphics, tighter gameplay (from the looks of it), and the greatest representation and implementation of a mech in multiplayer ever. EVER!!

When I heard that Ubi was joining the HD remake bandwagon I was REALLY hoping to hear this game. I can't wait, day one!!
That is because these are leaked promo shots for print. They are obviously supersampled and higher rez than the actual game will be. Some are "screenshots" but, when seen ingame, they will be no where near as alias free as these are.
The first print shots for R2 were similarly really impressive. When the actual game shipped it was less so. I hope I'm wrong, but I doubt it.

I agree, wish they had put it on PSP. I understand the cell thing though, Japan's NttDocomo network was (and still is, I'm assuming) way beyond the rest of the world. They had 3G networks before the US even used the term!

That is not entirely true. BCFFVII is the only compilation game that was only cell-phone and only Japan (incidentally it was especially showcased on the P900iv Panasonic phone actually featured in the series starting with Advent Children

I have it on PC, but the xbox version was so much better. please bring this to the console arcades. Is this possibly be a gauge that Ubi are using to determine if they will profit off bge2?? if so, please everyone buy it!

Hulu + will be pay per month on all its platforms (as far as I know). Also you realize that is on top of the free basic service that Hulu is (limited episodes per show, etc)

I think Hulst just said that you can play this with your friends..meaning there is multiplayer in the game. Don't read too much into it, he was simplifying things for Fallon (and his audience). I want co op though... I hope its there.

So yeah, that looks really pretty incredible for console footage...PC not so much. Everything (especially the lighting) looks slightly dumbed down from the PC exclusive original. You can especially see it in some of the textures and obviously mostly pre-scripted scenes of destruction. Don't get me wrong this looks FAR better than MW2 or BC2 but it still looks like console footage maybe in a similar quality to KZ3 (although lack of Post processing makes C2 look more "gamey" ...
