To be perfectly honest, the in game for this trailer, actually matched the fidelity of the "i8" E3 2005 trailer (the original Resistance before it was officially called that). There certainly are applications for gesture interface, systems where we are manipulating many complex 3-D models like for medical imaging diagnostics which in the near future (5 years tops) will employ holographic modeling. Well, from what I've seen, it is a vaaaaaast improvement from the extraordinarily clunky 6.5 but still isn't up to the sleekness of ios4 or the sheer variety and awesomeness of the Android platform.

It is clear that Forza spent no where near the same amount of time or resources on the car interiors as GT5. That second video makes this clear as day. Also, The lighting is much flatter in F3 even though the environment is more detailed.
Truth is, when driving in these games, the environmental details are far less noticable next to the actual lighting...For some reason I have yet to see any game on the 360 really show off lighting that approaches the subtleties of photorealism. It ...

Adding to BrianG's already excellent points, the $250 extra that you say is necessary for a "complete" move experience you are going to have to spend anyway (monthly) since your apartment has to have a big enough living room to handle the oh so 'amazing' Kinect
