Got mine on launch day also. My first smart phone and I think its Ace. NOVA 2 has just come out today so may check that out.

We dont have Left4Dead on PS3, so I'm keeping my eye on this one. RE5 was rubbish, so this looks refreshing.

I agree. How can a cut scene not be pre-recorded, unless the characters are real. Argh!
The controller sleep function has been in there for quite a while. Or is this something extra. My controller switched off after about 10 mins unused.

I'm hoping that Resistance 3 does turn out to be like a sci-fi COD. I would love for something to be like COD that isn't actually funding Activision.
Exactly what I was thinking. Theres hasn't been anything yet.
Sony have different departments that develop different technologies. So one department would develop this, while Sony Ericsson bring out the Xperia Play. Then the Playstation Suite just links them all together. Its beneficial to us all. The PS4 development wouldn't be affected by this as it'd be a different department. Whether we'll see if for the next few years is a different matter.

Surely MK wouldn't work on the wii. There aren't enough buttons, it would be like the port of MK1 on the master system (shudder).
Does anyone believe this is actually true? Read the article. I just sounds like someone tacking the P ! 5 $ out of the Saw films.
I dont have a problem with them releasing a new cod each year. I get bored playing the same maps so dont mind. plus as the supermarkets sell it for £27 its not that bad. They just need to support them better, fully testing them before release, having beta's and releasing patches ASAP. That and the map pack prices need to be considerably less (FREE).
I didn't find anything in the beta that Cod doesn't already do. If it goes cheap I might get it but otherwise I'll be blasting zombies come November (hopefully).
Cybersled...that was the first game I got on PS1 (along with Mortal Kombat 3). Good times.
I've played the beta for a few hours but it doesn't really do anything Cod doesn't already do.
There are some issues with weapon balancing that needs looking at. I have only been able to score a kill from the RPG with a direct hit so far.
No game is the 'best videogame ever'. They can be best video game so far, but not ever. In 100 years time when we're all playing COD:Real world warfare and getting shot by real bullets, I'm sure GTA, RDR or anything else will be forgotten.
The controls on this game are rubbish. The right pad doesn't scroll, you have to keep moving it. You cant for example spin 360 without continually rubbing the pad to the left or right. It doesn't work like you'd expect an FPS. The free game Battle Bears gets it spot on.
