"Blow says, and with a new deal structure in play, he fears cost sustainment. "If it's as I've heard that it is, I couldn't even necessarily break even."" - Braid's developer

I can't believe they undertracked the PS3 while overtracking the 360 by about 50%.
Yeah, I still hope they patch it with it later though. If they already have a built-in award system like Uncharted, it makes lil sense not to.
Yeah, it is definitely becoming a mainstream media. I just hope they lower the cost a lil more now that the technology is improving. I would pay $20 for most of them, but $25-35 is a bit too high which makes me wait until holiday sales.
Definitely, it's just more FUD aimed at ending the physical media and promote downloadable services. As much as I like renting/streaming movies online through Netflix and PSN, I prefer to own the big epic titles which I know I'll watch again and again. Not only that, sometimes the extras alone make it all worthwhile.
No, but they are just trying to get more visitors to their website. I've gotten tired of their cynical and sarcastic articles a long time ago.
It's a good game, but it starts slow.
Whatever MS paid them for Eternal Sonata is not going to be worth it. Paramount learned their lesson with Blu Ray, Namco will have to learn it the hard way too.
The most popular ones are all $9.99, and they just recently had a sale for $4.99. The $39.99 games are full retail games that you just won't find on XBLA due to the size restrictions.
It looks like this is the kind of hardware sales they are going to get right before Tales of Vesperia. I wonder how big of a temporary spike they will see next week.
You do know that the Falcons are still vulnerable to RRoD. If you look at the anandtech article dissecting the Falcon rev, they improved the GPU cooling but skimped on the CPU. You would do better to wait for Jasper when both GPU and CPU are shrinked before you start singing your ballad.
People love blowing problems with the PS3 out of proportions if only because it runs so well. No one even blinks an eye at 360 problems anymore.
Well it's about time for Sony to drop PS2's price anyways to $99. I'm probably gonna grab one for some good friends of mine who still only own SD TVs.
Four anonymous users out of millions who have made the upgrade...
The actual article is old. Especially since recent EA financial reports show most of their money comes from PS3 and 360.
Those greedy bastards, I really hope Valve gets bought by EA or Activision.
Yeah, if there is more than that I think 2009 will be year of PSP (at least for handhelds).
Yeah, but I still don't see how it could have jumped down 50%. I think they messed up this week's data from at least one of the major retailers.
Yeah, but its just a blog post by someone trying to find another reason to complain. If it had been one cohesive download, he would have complained that it took too long and used up to much space. If I can put websites on ignore, this one would be at the top of the list.
Well Amazon is a major online retailer that does automatic sales update every hour. B&M retailers don't have this feature for the public eye.
