The Vita and 3DS suck up all the software sales in Japan and hogs them. I enjoy handhelds but I would prefer home consoles anyday. I'm just glad that many Japanese publishers still even make games on home consoles. The day they disappear is probably the day I'll cut down my gaming interest.

I honestly think PC gaming is just boring I've always preferred consoles. I know I'm not the only one as the PS4 has sold 45 million already when one could easily build a gaming rig.
I'm just fine with my PS4. I had a 360 last gen but I always feel at home with Playstation. Also the PS4 has and is getting a flood of Japanese games month after month and Xbox went dry with that a long time ago.
Having a PS4 as your only system will suit you best if you prefer consoles. It's just damn great in every category this gen. The big BIG games haven't even hit yet damn.
Imagine when god of war 4 comes out? How will Xbone compete?
PS4 has a damn JRPG monopoly. They have NOWHERE else to go to make some money outside of Vita/3DS/PS4 and PS4 is the only viable home console to put them on as of now. I do like me some star ocean.
You really can't each Playstation home console will treat you right. Then again, It still would be wise to try to pick up one. Many PS3 exclusives will never be on PS4 in some way. Some as remasters and lots on PSNOW, but the rest will stay.
Had my PS3 for 6 years and moved on to the PS4 last month.
What is up with Ubisoft catering to Xbone for The Division when it will sell much better on PS4?
