All these development years that Sony Allowed the Developers looks like they actually made a difference for them to deliver something really really special, good on Media Molecule for keep going at it and Sony for believing in them.
@-Foxtrot
Oh, but they will, just wait and see, you see glowing reviews of the same 10 year's old engine for episodic games that are basically the same, but when someone try to push the envelope for interactive storytelling you see all kinds of strange reasons why something is not good about the game
I remember him from just watching the first E3 reveal, that's a beyond stupid thing to say.
Hopefully this game gets reviewed by the type of game it is (interactive adventure, like a telltale game or a monkey island), instead of the type of game that reviewers want it to be
"Microsoft is riding on a wave of goodwill and momentum"
What Momentum? Who writes these things and in what world do they live in?
Its not about having a stupendous E3 its actually releasing those games and after that, that those games are actually good, because there was a time when Xbox had stupendous E3 showings with games like Scalebound, Phantom Dust (the remake), Fable Legends that were not released and Sea of Thieves, State of Decay 2 that were highly awaited just to come out bad and Crackdown 3 which looks like another Dud.
So now is not even about having a great E3, MS at least for me has to p...

By Single player is something like what Ubisoft already did with AC: Black Flag, but with a heavier emphasis on the pirate world and the sea, improving/changing your ship, recruiting, increasing in rank from a nobody without a ship to a world-class pirate in a Single player story which could have at the same time MP ramifications
Dude, everyone already knows who you are and what you stand for (MS money), between this and the Sony article you and your site lost all credibility, nice job, you got yourself noticed
@Anzil I've put hundreds of hours between Dragon Age Inquisition, Nioh and The Witcher 3, but haven't finished any of them, so yeah, I think I played a lot
Just because you don't complete a game, it doesn't mean you didn't play the hell out of it or that you didn't enjoy it, I've had countless games that I've played the hell out of them but never actually had the chance to finish them, I like to mess around and do everything extra, then something else gets released and the cycle starts all over again.
Same uploader too, Jrocknxl, this guy is just a joke, talk about losing all credibility
They should be ashamed of themselves for giving this game 9.3, this is beyond pathetic, it's sad that in this day and age anyone can have a "gaming site" when it's nothing more than some fanboys with a webpage.
@TheCommentator
There are too many games for people to be waiting on them to "get better" look at what happened to Destiny 2, that thing is dead, maybe they have a really intense core audience, but that's it, very few will come back to SoT.
It must've been an unplayable mess last year if now it's like this
I think they saw an opportunity to really add a lot to the game when they saw that Sea of Thieves was DOA, hopefully they make it a full fledged game with a story and progression instead of only MP naval combat
@Lovable
What time constraints? This game was supposed to be released last year, they postponed the game for 6+ months and it's still like this.
@gamerzero
It's not even the "final stretch", this game was supposed to be released last year and was delayed for 6+ months and it's still like this.
And what people seems to be forgetting is that this game was supposed to come out last year and was delayed to a mid 2019 release and it's still super buggy
It's a masterpiece in the making...to make masterpieces!!
Can't wait to see what people comes up with this
