WoW is all into christmas right now, and as far as I've seen they only celebrate the popular American festivities like Christmas and Halloween, unless they are doing localized things for different countries.
This has nothing to do with wanting to have a Playstation or any other kind of electronics. They wanted the electronics so they could sell them. This was just old fashioned aggravated burglary, that moved up to murder. I have no sympathy for criminals. If you enter a house, brandishing a weapon or not, with intent to harm or steal, you will have just forfeit your right to life. It's just sad that it took the attack on their sister to force the brothers to act. This is an awful tragedy, but a...
Um, when did Mortal Kombat invent martial arts and hand to hand combat?
The only reason I haven't bought UT3 on the PC yet is that I am waiting to get a 8800gt video card.
"It's the same if you were to finish a one disk game while you're away on a trip stupid. Who's going to change your disk then?"
I would prefer to finish a game rather than finish 1/3rd of a game. A better feature would be to allow users to make CD images of PS1 games that they own to play directly from the hard drive. A feature that only lets you play what is on the disk in the machine or in the limited virtual library is impractical.
After Episode 3 they should start on another full Half life game, and either get a new engine or really overhaul the Source Engine.
My whole comment was sarcastic and inferred that FFVII wouldn't be the most practical game to choose to play remotely on a trip. Sorry you couldn't understand that. I'll try to be more indulgent of your limited mental capacity in the future
I always wondered how long it would be before humans could insert their own consciousness into computer hardware. The answer is, maybe not too long.
What happens when you need to change the disc?
Reviewers that give perfect 10's are lazy, and stupid considering that they found faults in many of their "perfect" games.
This is just another one of those uninformed articles about PC gaming meant for people who aren't PC gamers. Real PC gamers DON'T buy these systems. Real PC gamers either build from scratch or buy from reputable online manufacturers like Cyberpower or IBuyPower at a fraction of the price you would pay for a "Brand Name" PC. Systems like these are meant to snag the un-savy noob with lots of money to waste.
When a review score is 30% off from the fan rating. You know there is a problem. 1UP's own users rate this game an 89%. I seriously think it's time to question these sites about the legitimacy of their reviews. Especially when it seems that they are purposfully underating games to get a spike in their internet trafic.
Ignore this review. UT3(PC) is a B+ or A-, depending on how generous you are.
Wow, I didn't know that the interface counted as 40% of a review. This retard makes next to no remarks on the actuall game, and reserves the whole article for ranting about how much it isn't like Xbox Live.
"PC gaming is dead. That's the feeling amongst hardcore gamers at the moment."
By Hardcore gamers I believe he means console gamers. Who's opinions mean little to PC gamers. PC gamers aren't in it for the sole purpose of just playing the games. We are also into PC gaming for the modding, hardware and customization aspects. We don't care how well a game sells or how those sales stack up against sales from consoles. The only people who need to worry about sales are the ...
What city has more than 9 million people living in it?
Raiden (MGS 2) is not underrated. He is loathed and rightly so. He pretty much stole the spotlight from Solid Snake, in a bad way, and all the fans hate him for it.
This is a pretty good list. I'm glad Portal got the recognition it deserved.
ATI needs to spend some money on corporate espionage or something because Nvidia is killing them on graphics processors.
FFVII transformed me into an RPG fan. It's was the first game that made me care about the characters and the story. If they can deliver another incredible story like that I will give them all the credit in the world.
Because those are the games that didn't sell well and the developers and publishers still need to turn a profit any way they can.
