I don't think most of you guys can read. It said that they are now a "stealth, action, and adventure" game. Meaning that the series core, stealth, is still intact but the game isn't just focused on stealth as there are action/adventure elements present as well. They have assured us that the game will be able to do FULL STEALTH except at certain key points in the story where it is forcing the player to go all out action. But Chaos Theory did the same thing too.
This game isn't Uncharted or Enslaved where the platforming is magnetic and you pretty much can never fail. It LOOKS easy because the person playing it makes it look easy after spending time playing it. In actuality, it takes some time getting used to it and it's just as nuanced as it was back in the PS1 days, platforming that is. The same "precision" is needed in this game, I don't see how you can make an assumption that it's going to be easy just because it looks e...
Actually the same developers have been working on this game since day 1, the publisher, Activision, is the one that got changed not the devs.
No one said that DX or the audience won't SAY "Suck it" it won't be on Mike Tyson's shirt! Goodness gracious guys c'mon read and listen more often!
Where does it say "attitude" on the box though? Maybe in the back but not on the front cover though. Or show me where it is maybe I missed it?
Yes it was. Weren't you a kid when you were watching it? WWE has been a kids oriented show since 1984 when Vince McMahon took over from his Father. They had to do something to beat WCW in the ratings so the Attitude Era was born, but that doesn't mean that it wasn't aimed at kids, it was and always has been.
The demographic of kids changed though, instead of the 8-11 year olds it was the 13-25 year olds that they were aiming for, still kids and young adults thoug...
I don't know where that lie came from but the words "Suck It" will be in as a chant. The words "Suck It" on Mike Tyson's shirt is the thing that got censored, but the words are still said in the game. That's why you can't believe everything you read on the internet ladies and gentlemen.
I wonder what age you are to actually think that wrestling is "all fake"? Wrestling is all over the world and it's NOT fake, it's scripted. They are obviously not trying to kill each other but there's a great degree of athleticism involved and a great deal of pain each and every night from taking those bumps that they do all the time.
That ring has no leeway and is not a trampoline like some ignorant people like yourself like to presume. You'd be on...
Have you read any of the previews from E3? Because according to them, the game is better than they could've ever imagined. It is a full stealth game, only designed to give you the necessary tools to go full action if you want to.
Actually this guy doesn't have it right. This is the same situation that Htiman Absolution was in until more information and videos were revealed to the general public and to reviewers/previewers such as this guy. They are deliberately showing off the action pieces of the game and if this guy would've simply asked "Are there going to be more stealth levels/concentration on stealth in this game?" he would've gotten a definitive answer back then.
The answ...
I agree with you fully DestinyHeroDoomlord. Agent 47 has never looked better.
Frankfurt, so how do you explain GTA? Because that game is all about linearity and familiarity when it comes to the story. The only time you're "free" is when you aren't in a mission in any GTA game.
That's still largely what this game is all about. There's still plenty of tombs to raid and plenty of artifacts to fine shining in the distance. Exploration is actually a key part of this particular game and it's what sets it apart from Uncharted in a big, big way. It's not so much an open world as it is an open-hub and within these hubs you're free to explore and survive to your hearts content. The story does involve Lara Croft's involvement with other humans, sure, b...
Ballard32, that wasn't the logic behind what I said though. And I never said it was official did I? The LOGIC behind what I said is quite simple. Paul Heyman did something very similar with Brock Lesnar last year when he was teased to be in the game, it showed up on his Youtube page. Mike Tyson has been rumored to be in the game, it is Paul Heyman's voice doing the narration in this video, why would he be doing narration for Mike Tyson's video if it were for ANYTHING else? He work...
So Do you think that Paul Heyman is just going to start managing Tyson in his Boxing career? While signed with WWE? Yeah, not happening sir. This is for the game and it has been heavily rumored that he's going to be in it for a while now. Paul Heyman wouldn't just be doing random spots and uploading videos like this for no reason. The same type of video was released for Brock Lesnar when he was announced for WWE'12 last year too. Paul Heyman was the one that was doing the voice ov...
Have you even properly seen the game besides a 20 second trailer of it? You have to wait and see the animations and physics that are in this years game to be able to judge it properly. Otherwise you're just speculating about something that no one has seen yet.
I'm replying to you Beyond The Circle, but this is for Lord Sloth. I agree with you by the way Beyond.
The demo displayed wasn't meant to have stealth in it that's why. It's just as simple as that. They don't want to show off the stealthy portions of the game yet and are focusing on the action parts of the game. There's nothing wrong with them doing that at all.
You can't base trailers on what the actual game will be like. Case in point, look at Hitman Absolution and how action packed the trailers are. It made people think that the game would be just as action packed, and while it can be if you choose to play it that way, that's not what the actual game is about at all.
Same thing with Tomb Raider as well, people seem to think that there's no sense of exploration or characterization and they couldn't be further from ...
This is a reboot. She was "tough as nails" back then as a teenager because that follows a totally different origin story than this new one does. This one is showing that she wasn't ALWAYS "tough as nails" and that she had an incredible sense of vulnerability to her as a character. That's essentially what she needed if you ask me, she was becoming a bit too superhero-ish and not coming off as a normal person doing extraordinary things.

@aiBreeze Uh no. The company doesn't fire or lay off employees because of this cancellation. They continue working on the game for the next year over. The only thing that is actually canned is the name "NBA Live '13" because it will now be called "NBA Live '14" instead. Same group of developers and everything, just another year to work on it. Unless, of course, they decided to switch dev teams again then you'd have a point.
