People buy current gen games, $60 minimum with content cut out and less content than games from previous generations without blinking because shiny shiny, oh so pretty moving pictures.
I think paying 10 - 15 bucks for "certain" ps2 games isn't much of a big deal. But it will depend on the titles. Although I do think those who have bought PS2 classics should be offered some kind of option if they want to play the same games on the ps...

It will get patched. I can't imagine any developer or publisher wanting their games to be available for free. Some companies come down hard on such exploits, like perm banning accounts to violate TOS. Although I don't see Sony doing anything like that, just a patch fix.
