And here we go again. The sad part is that people proved to EA, that they're foolish enough to pay for it.
Indeed, this game is old by now and wasn't that demanding to begin with. I'd actually be surprised if the consoles couldn't handle the game very well.
The downside for the PC version, unless i'm mistaken, is that they're not including a server browser in this game. That's considered a negative, if anyone was wondering.
Unless they drastically change the game, then there's no reason for it to not run at 60. It actually looked rather simple, just by looking at the videos they've released.
Unity being able to challenge Frostbite is far fetched, considering it's mostly just used for Mobile Software.
Googling a list using the engine, there's really not that much being noteworthy.
Unfortunately, this just seems like a way to use GitS in name only. Even if the game was rather simple, i did like to play the PS2 game.
Wasted potential.
I rarely play games on a harder difficulty, because gaming today very, very rarely poses a challenge other than extra hitpoints / damage.
Some things may be ''gimmicks'' but we truly need something that alters how you play the game.
Rockstar was already corrupted before, but it took GTA V to show their real roots. This isn't a surprise to those without blinders on.
You pointed out another problem with Blizzard. Why change when you can just milk the subscribers for limited content, because they're not cancelling their sub.
This happened some time ago, but Blizzard noticed they could invest minimal money into the expansions, while making back big bucks.
Something ends, something begins. Personally, i'm currently playing FFXIV instead, but i'm waiting for Camelot Unchained, Lost Ark and possibly Lineage Eternal.
Something that's very obvious to the eye, is that WoW is looking like a very old game now. Not to mention there's really no complexity / depth to the gameplay, because they're trying to make it as simple as possible to catch a wider audience.
And then there's the lack of content updates. Now they're offering less major updates per expansion, which is going to affect their subscriber numbers as well.
It's pretty sad, really. The game wi...
Mostly changes for the worse, really. It started to really go downhill with Cataclysm, and it was even worse with Mists and the removal of talent trees.
The list of bad is too long, but the short of it is that they're trying to cater to a fleeting audience. They're trying to catch every kind of player with the same net, and it's now backfiring on them.
Indeed, this is the trap most games fall into currently. MGS V isn't the first to fall into it this year, so at least it isn't alone.
I'm surprised this isn't the norm, considering games like these should be online focused.
Since the PC version is locked at 30fps, i'll probably just wait for a sale. There's no way i'm supporting mediocrity.
You pretty much said what made Dark Souls 1 the better one. The level design was most definitely better.
It's like they attempted to mix Demon and Dark Souls with 2, but it just didn't turn out to be quitr right. It felt more like an arcade game, honestly.
Lost Odyssey is just another ending that is criminally not continued. Unfortunately, i just can't imagine Microsoft having a sequel in the works behind the scenes.
Hmm, i had cats quite some time ago, but i had to get rid of them due to not being allowed to have them where i live.
Yeah, i wouldn't believe a word coming from them after their downgradeathon. They really dodged the important questions during that time, and tried to manipulate people into thinking it was all fine, even though the evidence was clear as day.
Ever since the Witcher 3 reveal, their behavior has changed more to that of other publishers.
I wonder if Nitendo realized, that a Tablet has no place as a ''controller'' for a console. Not to mention the price hike that people mention as well.
If people wanted a Tablet, they would buy a dedicated one instead. But then again, this is just Nintendo being different, and people coming up with the ''fear of change'' defense.
Oh, and you won't have to break your neck by looking down, instead of actually looking at the TV...
