Diminishing returns will make it less important at some point, I think that is what Nintendo knows and in the meantime they will settle with the budget hardware.
I'm sure that with all the media buss around Death Stranding and the relation Kojima has with Sony, and their new collaboration with Guerilla Games and the new engine etc more and more talent will feel comfortable to leave Konami for Kojima Productions.
That's only the most recent shit MS has done, if you look at history you soon realize how the company got this big, I guess the young people don't know about it though. People should know better then to support a company such as MS but most people will not do the research. Hell, I even supported them during the 360 generation so I'm partly to blame I guess.

Mario Kart 8 sold 8m with a much smaller installbase, so the point still stands. Also, Mario Kart 8 has as much in common with Halo 5 as TLG has with DR4, just saying.

What version of the Pi is it though, it mentions nothing of Bluetooth (without dongle) so it can't be the latest model (3B). I like the shell though, looks great as I'm an old Sega fan so would gladly buy it.
It didn't help that they closed Lionhead Studios, personally I loved the first Fable and liked the second, that series had a lot going for it. Amazing personality, great music scores and some fun gameplay but they didn't generate the big bucks so Microsoft closed them down. What MS needs to understand is that gamers want diverse experiences, and even if games don't sell COD levels they help to brind people into your ecosystem.

It sits at 83 on metacritic, that's 1.7 points from a 10 so how is it "too high"? Maybe this person enjoyed the game that much, reviews are subjective after all and the game is getting great reception.
