Difference is when you buy a game from Sony, you own that copy of the game and you have control. With Microsoft and gamepass, you give away both ownership and control. And for what, cheap subscriptionmodel? Well, have fun when Microsoft raises the prices.
That is Microsoft in a nutshell, buy up the competition instead of building and fostering talented studios.
They actually tried to buy Nintendo at some point in history. Now they buy publishers of games and locking games behind their walled garden. The very thing Phil Spencer said they dont want to do.
With what we know now I have to agree in that they overpaid. But that is the thing though, with what we know now. We dont know what Bungie have been working on behind the scenes, could be a huge deal.

They have ownership over Destiny, Activision lost the rights to that IP after the split. Well, now Sony owns it to be clear.
Holy shit this looks bad. I love Nintendo but this is looking average at best. And this is Pokemon, with the amount of money those games bring in you would think this new 3D Pokemon would come out swinging. I bet it will sell regardless though.

Long live the Mega Drive, love that console and still play some of the goldies today. Its my pick for golden era as both Mega Drive and SNES were amazing and still are.

Lets see, Nintendo made the first d-pad on the nes, they made the first analog stick for consoles on the N64, Nintendo made the first shoulder buttons and 4-face button design with the SNES, Sony came up with dual-stick design witch made 3D game design evolve to a new level. Nintendo made the first wireless controller with the wavebird for GameCube. Im sure I could go on.

With the amount of good games coming out, how likely is it that people will go back to Cyberpunk. I dont know, I just wish CDPR would have delayed the game to be honest.
Non physical version made this an instant pass for me.
Yeah, I doubt they have that many subscribers, maybe the numbers were boosted by the $1 three month subscription, but I dont see that as 30m full paying subs.
