I lol'd. haha here have a bubble.
I know I'm buying X and I didn't buy lightning returns, I'm only 1 person, but me thinks I'm not the only one.
Doesn't look like Titanfall has the legs to hold the Bone through the upcoming drought on that system. People are already starting to say they are getting bored with the game.
Meanwhile Sony is just starting to roll their exclusives out all the while outselling the competition 2:1 while going through their own drought.
This doesn't bode well for the guys in green.
I'd hope JRPGs aren't dead, it's my favorite genre.
This article is flawed, first of all NPD is North American sales, not world, so the PS4 sold through numbers are probably much higher than this. Second they are using Microsofts shipped numbers and not their sold through numbers as a comparison which are probably far lower than this article would suggest.
Still blaming the "messaging?" Do they not realize by saying this they are calling their customers "stupid."
It's like "had we explained it to our potential customers like they were two they would have ate it up like a starving child."
And sugar-coating is what he is doing now.

Still the best selling hardware over there. Really looks like the whole industry is down, maybe this is a slow time for them, like our January.
Nice of Microsoft to be honest here, it would be smart of them to say Titanfall has sold beyond their expectations to the point they have struggled to keep Xbox Live up because of the demand.
The more I hear about this game the less appealing it becomes which is sad because I'm a fan of all 3 Fable games, yes I liked 3 unlike the rest of the world. haha
Why would you regret it? You don't buy a console for it's launch offerings, and given Sony's track record, you know the goods are coming. Sure you could have waited what 1 to 2 years and maybe saved $100 bucks when the price drops, but that's $100 for 1 to 2 years you get to enjoy the system. My point is it's too early for regrets.
Glad to see people waking up to what is the best value in console gaming. PS4 is cheaper and more powerful with a service that is cheaper and offers more value. Really is a no brainer.
Do Twinfinite discussions or articles matter?
You were probably tweeting him asking him where your payola is.
There is a reason the guy was relatively unknown before the PR disaster and has been billed as a PR darling since then, and acting like everyone is clueless because you knew of him prior is beyond silly. Your divine love for Microsoft means you probably know the janitors names that work there.
Now that Titanfall has been released Phil is going to be working overtime convincing people about the future since there is nothing exclusive to look forward to on the bone for a long time.
Now that Titanfall has been released, there is nothing exclusive to look forward to on the bone for a long time. So I expect to see many "future" articles like this one to try and distract bone owners from the upcoming drought.
I'm sure it is to some, but not to me.
Only a couple more days and titanfall4g can return to n4g, cannot wait.
Seems pricy, I guess it'll depend on the length of time for the rental. But with redbox you can rent a new release for 2$ a day and no bandwidth required. Or Gamefly can be had for around $10 a month for 2 out if you get it on deals and that really makes this pricing seem silly.
The beautiful thing about the current position is that Microsoft isn't going to be able to moneyhat 3rd parties and are going to have to dig themselves out of this hole. This is probably a very good thing for Xbox fans. Things like sitting on 3rd party games for 4 years, increasing price in Xbox Live Gold without adding value, not staying competitive on the digital storefront pricing, etc. are all in the past and have no place in a catch up plan.
