The only game I really thought was going to be announced but wasn't and I was disappointed was Resistance 3. I mean what the hell? First one came out in 2006, second in 2008, and here it is in 2010 and we haven't seen a thing. The only thing I can think of is Insomniac wanted to avoid Medal of Honor, Halo Reach, Black Ops, and Killzone 3 all with like a 5 month stretch.

I played GTA3 when I was 12 and you don't see me running people over and shooting old people...as long as you have half a brain in your head game ratings don't mean crap. Kids today are friggin' jacka$$'s.
It looks like a Gears of War meets Borderlands meets Duke Nukem kind of game...in other words, SWEETNESS!

Why is there a damn sprint button again? It was lame in Confrontation and will be lame here, just leave it how it was in Socom 2...push a little bit to walk, push all the way forward you run.
I am looking forward to the one developed by Sledgehammer, which will most likely be a 3rd person action game like Gears, and Uncharted 2.

The last thing I want to do after coming home from work or class is jump up and down flailing my arms around like an idiot. I am usually freakin' burnt out and just want to park my a$$. Call me lazy but 99% of gamers want to do the same thing and you know it.
There is almost no hope for this game, Raven Software (the developer) and Activision (the publisher) really, really suck.

I too enjoyed the DLC episodes better. The mid mission checkpoints, better weapons and vehicles, mission themselves were more action packed and epic plus they finally added back in the TANK!

As much as I love this series for it's witty humor, voice acting, variety, and incredible amount of explosions, I think it is time for Insomniac to move on. A Crack in Time was easily the best in the series and wrapped up most story arcs/questions but it is obvious that the series' sales have gone down the tubes. The studio is an awesome bunch of guys but they should focus on Resistance and a new IP. The sales should be blamed on Sony's crap marketing (as usual for Insomniac), seriously these...
You can get better deals on the internet, that is why I buy 95% of my games from Amazon, free (and fast) shipping, no tax, and at least $10-15 less. I ain't been to Best Buy in years to buy games, even Circuit City had better deals...shame they went out of business.

Hopefully Sucker Punch can pull a Naughty Dog with Infamous 2. Kickass campaign and equally awesome co-op and competitive modes. I mean seriously, Naughty Dog knocked it out of the park with Uncharted 2, that sheet was bananas.
