I love Half-Life just as much as the next guy but I can't stand it when the character you are playing doesn't talk. It is just stupid, IMO.

You have to play Dead Space on an 50"+ HDTV and surround sound, it is a freakin' awesome. Truly, got me jump out of my seat on numerous occasions...LOVED IT!
Personally, I would swap out Demon Souls and replace it with Mass Effect 2, the rest I agree with.
Battlefield: Bad Company 2 meets Call of Duty 4 to a freakin' T. It is a competent but familiar shooter.
Uncharted 2 was complete smack dizzle on so many levels...textures, animations, story, voice acting, crazy set pieces, cutscenes, pacing, general gameplay, etc. That game was freakin' perfect, one of the few games ever made truly deserving of a 10/10. To call that overated is a friggin' crime and an insult to Naughty Dog's brillant talent.
I know I am in the minority here but I didn't like Infamous. I found it boring and repetitive, the voice acting was bad, and graphics cheezy. I did like the cutscenes however and the twist ending was pretty sick, but the game didn't do it for me. I don't know why but I prefer Batman: AA and Uncharted 1 & 2 much more.
Kinda bummed about no co-op or multiplayer. It is not a deal breaker just probably won't get it right away. Single-player only games drop in price so fast.

Matchmaking blows on pretty much every game except for Halo and Uncharted 2. What is wrong with old school server lists like Killzone 2, Socom, Gears of War 1?
He is talking about the "Magic Bullets" problem that all CoD games have. You know that problem where you shoot or go behind a wall but the killcam shows you never fired or never went behind the wall. It is really noticeable when using shotguns. It annoys the hell out of me too. Dedicated serves or improved netcode would fix this.
Yeah, I figured that is what Valve was going for but I like my characters to have personality which allows me to connect to them more. To each their own though, neither of us is right or wrong.
