Neither. They both lost it.
Resident Evil stopped being scary many games ago.
Dead Space had a great start but the second game was a downgrade in terms of horror.
TOTAL WAR!!!!!!!!!!
ROME: TOTAL WAR 2 for Wii U confirmed! I can clearly see the controller being used as a mini map and possible way to maneuver the troops around the battlefield.
I just want to know what the difference in power between this and the ps4 will be. If the Wii U comes around more than $400 then it will definitely be able to compete against the ps4.
Given that the Wii U can apparently play any currently graphically powered ps3 games easily at launch, then it must have amazing graphics. Cause obviously once developers in later years learn how to fully use the console, the Wii U must do things that would crush the ps3.
The r...
Like i mentioned before, the funny thing about all this is that Nintendo does have a history of producing powerful systems. I think the wii has made people forget that Nintendo is not a newbie in pushing graphics.
The Gamecube was a very powerful system that outmatched the ps2 easily. And the SNES was just as equally impressive in graphics.
Even the N64 was no weak link, except that Nintendo failed to come to an agreement to include CDs in it. If the N64 had...
I wonder if Nintendo is finally planning on returning to making powerful consoles. I think people forget that besides some instances, nintendo has delivered some really high-tech products.
The Gamecube bitch slapped the ps2 in terms of power and the SNES was no weak link either. The N64 was also impressive, its just that nintendo couldn't get a deal to make it with CDs but if they did the N64 would have pwned the ps1 in graphics too.
Oh yet and if im cor...
Did Nintendo forget to show the glassless 3D ability of the Wii U controller? Cause seriously its so predictable that its gonna have that feature. The Wii U will have be abilityto play 3D games on a 3DTV (thats obvious due to the existance of the 3DS) but obviously the controller must also have 3D capabilities if its able to do remote play.
LOL, at all the 3D already bought haters. This is exactly why I aint buying a 3DTV now. I knew it would only be a matter of time before they came out with non-glasses required 3D. And a little more time before they make them just as good, if not BETTER, than those that require glasses.
Now these people acting like HD-DVD fans or those that said HD would die. It's only a matter of time. For know im quite happy with my 1080P HD, theres plently of HD channels to support it...
The earliest HDTVs came out around the 2000's if im correct. HD-DVD and Blu Ray came out around late 2006, but HDTV sails were already groing by that time. So no, as far as I know HDTVs were already getting mainstream. Those players just added more interest in them because of their HD capabilities.
3D technology is finally usable? What was wrong with it 3 decades ago? And what do you mean it failed because of the tech? 3D and 4D was already out in theaters, so how coul...
And before that 3D film, Titanic (not an HD film) was the highest grossing. So does that mean SD is better than HD? Was it the 3D or the fact that James Cameron (directer of Titanic and T2) was the one that created Avatar that made it so popular?
Unlike color screen or HD, 3D already has a history of FAILING. 3D and 4D were used in movie theatres decades ago. And unlike HD or color scree, it failed. Thus history has not been kind to it. Ofcourse times change and maybe people these days will adopt it. But only time will tell.
I personaly will not buy into any 3D until I have a reasonably priced NON GLASSES required 3DTV. However 4D should just be around the corner by then.
4D is what its all about. Im pretty sure the technology should be close since they did 4d movies decades ago.
However there is a difference between 3D/4D and things like color tv or HD. 3D/4D experiences have already been attempted in movie theatres decades ago. And UNLIKE HD or color, they FAILED. So indeed companies are dispretaly trying to push something the people rejected years ago. BUT ofcourse times change and maybe this time things will be different.
Although I dont think all groups are necessarily dumbasses (although I can see what you mean), I agree that nothing can be proven.
The bible, fairytales, carbon dating, etc.... they are all subjective and dont really prove anything. What constitutes as proof depends on the person. But if you go by pure LOGIC as proof, then non of these meet the requirements.
Indeed almost EVERYTHING someone believes is faith (except those that are based on pure logic). Wether its...
"sooner that we eradicate this aberration from our species, the better."
Hey thats mean, your mom has a name you know.
Math does not rely or take a side.
What is "prove" is still subject. As there are logical views that would denounce even science.
If such a thing like carbon atoms even exist.
Logically there is no way to prove anything because even science is subject.
What constitutes as evidence is entirely subjective. Even empirical evidence is still subjective, so its not absolute.
Logic takes no sides. Using logic alone (with some monist ideas) I could show that there is no actual evidence for the moon existing.
Although Im aware that the hole "is athiesm a belief system" question has been talked about, I havent fully payed attention to it. As I think its rather pointless in spirituality. But I do think athiesm can be both belief or non belief.
If an athiest says "I dont believe in a god/gods", then I would consider it a non-belief system. As the person is just stating his opinion.
However if an athiest says "There is no god/gods" (and yes a...
About your reply in aliens. No your kinda wrong, aliens and faith are pretty much the same.
If you are familiar with some philosophy, it becomes clear that virtuallly anything LOGICALLY possible has equal footing. You cannot absolutely prove god, but you also cannot absolutely prove aliens (even if spaceships came from outerspace, that stool would not count necessarily prove anything). What counts as proof or evidence is really subjective.

I do think video games have a lot of "religionise" ideas in them. However they dont necessarilly have the full religion itself.
Just like many modern war games (COD for example) are based in the middle east, but not Iraq.
MILKED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
4 games since late 2007, not to mention the handheld games, then there was the freaking movie, and now another one right on its way. Revelations has been out a few months and now another one is a few months away.
Fuck this is a step beyond Call of Duty.
