Mostly agree. The ps3 did have negative criticism as well, but that didn't mean much in terms of Sony. Sony had money in the bank back then, so it wasn't a huge deal. It was Nintendo that was biting their nails, the wii's performance would drastically determine their future in console gaming.

It's wrong to expect Nintendo plays by the same rules as Microsoft and Sony, but history shows it doesn't. Nintendo has a history of being secretive and not having the same advertising strategy as the other competitors.

Sorry but no games will support 4k resolution. Sony lied. Everyone was all over 1080p for the ps3 yet that never came. Most games, including good looking ones like killzone, are not even native 1080p. Most games barely hit 720p, if even that since actually a lot are below even that.
Rambo is one of my favorite action movies of all. Unfortaunatly I have a feeling they gonna screw it up.
When you think about it Rambo can make a pretty damn awesome game if done right. Rambo supports the use of stealth, kills (very gory) and intense action sequences in several different environments (town, forest, jungle, desert).
But again I have a feeling this is just a studio trying to make a quick buck rather than making a good technical game.

Welcome to the club, I gave up on Assassin's Creed 5 years ago when the first one came out. It was fine for a few hours but I ultimately gave up on it, too repetitive and boring for my taste.
I tried AS2 just recently for 9 bucks since i heard it was much better. And I gave up on that like 1/3 of the way threw. Guess AC games aren't for me.

I think you might have missed the point about what "developers" would want, not the hardware. The reason why those graphics cards can go 1080p is because they are overkill for that game, aka its not a graphically demanding game.
But thats irrelevant cause obviously some cards are stronger than others, so what can or can't go 1080p depends on to many circumstances.
