No. That logic is somewhat flawed. The holding back with the S will affect some devs but more importantly it will affect the xbox studios. They can't create games with only the xbox sx in mind. They must have it work on both. I know it's a scale down process but it will still hold back to a degree.
The ps5 will not be held back by anything. Not to mention their horsepower is fairly similar.
No it does not. But we're not talking about 4k here. This is a "next gen console" and it can only pull off what current gen base ps4 can do.
It will hold back next gen games with it's current gen power. Sure the ssd will help with the load times but in terms of graphical fidelity the xbox will have to create games that can run on the S unlike with the playstation where they'll be creating games taking advantage of the full power of their ps5 with no ne...
getting old is growing old.
@shaun...yes they definitely have the cheapest...and weakest console yet again.
How's wasteland 3 on a controller? I can't stand controls on rpg top downs for console
What a pathetic response. Of course it matters....but hey if it doesn't why not bring them down to $20 smart ass!
Pretty much all naughty dog games and other linear single player games. Most metroidvania games and any other game I've already platinumed.
The only games I've felt the need to replay are large open world games from bethesda...and the witcher 3 and witcher 1.
Kotor games as well because of the different choices and outcomes with characters.
And i suppose it just accidentally happened to be the main video game retail store...very unlikely.
Just beat the first and second darksiders and was wholly satisfied.
Playing the 3rd now and honestly it's not quite what the other 2 were. I'd say it doesn't fit with the rest of the games.
When they just popped off the panels I was like ...whaaaaaa!!!
I think some people are still pissed about some jokes cdpr has made in the past.
Probably made their way into some shit list.
The industry has not made crunch the new normal. All industries make crunch normal.
Having to work extra to finish a project is normal.
That is also very often explained in the interview process.
@crimson
My definition of recent within gaming is current gen.
Its not like xbox had this since the 360 is what im saying.
Xbox got it at the beginning and playstation at the end of this gen. Well...getting more than just the progress update. Theyre revamping the whole trophy system.
Finally,
I always did find it odd that having more plats than my peers they somehow still outleveled me with a few hundred more bronzes.
If by xbone you mean the xbox one well then that is very recent as well.
There are times when games track the progress towards trophies. Maybe you saw that at some point and thought it was a playstation feature.
Same here...I've never kicked myself for trading in a console for a next gen iteration either.
I just bought a lvl 40 headset for ps4...can any sound savvy people tell me if it will be compatible with the new tech on ps5?
That's the thing though...it checked of social justice checkboxes while the first watch dogs kept it realistic.
Aiden was just as bad...but he believed he was guided by a superior moral compass....such as many social justice warriors of today which is also why it wasn't liked...
And to think a game like skyrim and the witcher has people playing it for years and years with little additional content.
