Agreed, Zelda is held to a different standard, a trash Zelda can still hit 90+ even when it is rubbish. How Skyward Sword got insane reviews is beyond me, the worse 3D Zelda ever yet 90+ reviews across the board.
GTAIV is trash, a massive bore fest with samey missions throughout and all the gameplay and guts from that San Andreas had been removed yet scored higher than San Andreas and even V, insanity.
If Ubisoft, EA, Activision, MS or even Sony put out Z...
Haven't played Zelda as of yet but I'm sure it's a really great game. However, watching people play it, I get a sense of emptiness, and not a lot of detail (due to limitations of WiiU & Switch obviously). Also see a lot of dated stuff technically, other than the games physics, it seems that is the only stand out up-to-date top of class component of the overall technical side of the Zelda.
Horizon is far better technically (graphics, detail, world, AI, etc), ...
It's simple, they removed it because Switch couldn't do the WiiU dual screen functions, they removed it because WiiU would have had the better experience. Truly sad that a next-gen version would have been worse... So they gimped WiiU's version, the last nail delivered by Nintendo themselves.

TL;DR but I've got Half-Life 2 on 2 systems and never finished it. I got as far as the prison chapter both times and was bored of it by then. I much preferred Portal & TF2 in The Orange Box set.
Konami has single handily destroyed everything that made them a top publisher and relevant time and time again. Everything Konami gets is justified, they ruined the Silent Hill IP by killing the team and publishing shovelware efforts soon after, then the whole Kojima incident whilst he was working to resurrect said IP. Anyone who values games, these IP specifically and game making in general should hold Konami in utter contempt.
It's okay to bash the PS4 and promote their rival when you're on Microsoft's payroll I guess.
Funny because I don't have to do this on my UK account, I haven't made the total amount via PSN cards and made the rest this way and it's taken the exact amount, not a fixed amount pre-set by Sony. I had to do it on my Steam account though. I wanted something on the community market page for 10p but could only buy it by adding £4 to my Steam wallet!
So if DF is right, and they usually are, Scorpio won't be hitting true 4K like PS4 Pro doesn't and because it's probably going to house the Jaguar 8-core solution it won't perform much better either. Microsoft needs to get this thing out asap and match PS4 Pro price wise or expect to be slaughtered in the US, never mind worldwide!
You may think it deserves a chance but I think this article is delusional, to say the least. Unproven, completely garbage online space and will be missing features that Xbox had in 2002. Game rental, just the one compared to the plethora PS+ and Gold offer for keeps until you stop paying, Virtual Console nonsense they won't disclose because we'll have to pay yet again, and a required smart device for it to even work online... No chances, it will be trash.
@Moonman - Again, Zelda doesn't look much better than the WiiU. The power difference isn't massive. Mario Odyssey isn't 1080p/60fps, it's 720p as it stands and is nowhere near 60fps with the current gameplay shown. Splatoon 2 is also 720p docked!
If Nintendo make Mario Kart 9 for Switch, that'll be the 1st time they've released 2 in the same generation. What's next, Smash for Switch port then Smash 5?
@Dark_Knightmare 2 - If Zelda can be done on both and Switch version isn't much better, Odyssey would be no different!
Mario Kart 9 shouldn't come out till next Nintendo system. They only release 1 per generation, but considering Switch is needing old games to pad out releases for the system, it will probably get another.
I highly doubt Mario Kart 9 will look much better than 8 Deluxe or 8 on WiiU. Not a big difference, very small compared to cross-gen games on PS3/PS4 and 360/One.
3D World was literally a 3DS game, they took the 3D Land and move it up. Obviously Odys...

Nothing Nintendo has shown (or anyone else for that matter) indicates this system is near PS4/Xbox One, it's above WiiU and that's about it.
The photorealistic environments look so out of place and dated compared to the rest of the game shown so far. The Humans look worse than PS3 launch titles ( http://i.imgur.com/f2CfL8r.... whilst following the exact same path (pretty sure the cars do too). They should be looking at Mario, interacting with their surroundings yet they look wooden and dull. The only car model is a taxi duplicated like 10x (probably saving on memory) an...

I'm sure some of these games are good, we just were used to getting bigger games and expected that to follow eventually, especially 3 years in.
