Switch 2 has been a disaster in terms of pricing, the sales are great but Nintendo gamers have waited nearly a decade for a capable system so that shouldn't be a surprise, it needed to be $400 tops, I can see it slower down fast like Wii did, it won't achieve Switch numbers.

Going from PS4 to PS5 was the biggest generational leap for user experience IMO, gone are the days of 5 minute loading screens on games like GTA, RDR, Cyberpunk - reloading saves and waiting 30 seconds or longer, the speed and ease of use move PS5 up very high IMO, it just lacks the catalog of PlayS...

You literally don't know how Helldivers 2 works, you don't need to buy any of the cosmetics, the game throws virtual currency at you for completing the main community campaigns and doing side missions during your main drop, and in a few hours you can literally buy the cosmetics you want with just gameplay, it's one of the best GAAS games ever in terms of that, it isn't predatory like nearly every single one of the rest are.

Disagree, most GAAS games are free, cheaper than or around the same price as Helldivers.
Helldivers II sold very well because of the viral campaign and word of mouth, I can't think of another game that has done numbers like this that wasn't completely free or attached to a service like GamePass/Plus Extra~Premium.

Glad to see Moon finally coming out, they left the deal they had with Microsoft to go 3rd party, and now we all know why, even though many of us already knew they weren't making any money being on gamepass day 1, and that fee Microsoft gave them wouldn't cover half a decade of labour, just the games they commissioned.
Look into Outriders situation, unless you are a very small indie dev, gamepass loses money for everyone involved, including Microsoft.

Microsoft are only doing this because they are in a position of weakness, Sony isn't, so won't.
Please don't support this, the Xbox version isn't even boot without a patch, the PS5 version only plays to the end of the sewers, the tutorial, then requires a patch to work, it's utterly disgusting that Microsoft and Bethesda have allowed this to sell as "physical media", it's effectively a Switch 2 Game Key, utterly worthless e-waste.
