Sad that the UNCHARTED movie plot will probably be very generic and forgetable compared to the games (I would dearly love to be proved wrong, by the way!)
As you sit watching the trailer, I realise your blood pressure is rising, I understand how your face is flushing with rage, I appreciate just how uncomfortable you are and how much you have to squirm when you realise you can't play this superlative-defying game.

The only way I can tell the pre-rendered cutscenes from the in-game ones is the slight pause when the disc is being read. Otherwise, I found myself watching what I initially though was a cut-scene, only for the camera to glide back and reveal it was IN GAME!
The truck chase in the snow, with Nate hopping from vehicle to vehicle, should be in the next BOND movie I reckon...

This is now I tackled DRAKE'S FORTUNE:
First play-through on 'normal'
Second play-through on 'easy' to find all the treasure and unlock all the combat related trophies
Third play-through on 'hard'
Fourth play-through on 'crushing'
And I'm still not bored with it, revisting the game all the time. I expect to get as much mileage from AMONG THIEVES... It's a genuinely startling (in a good way) game that deserves to have every tiny detail studied.
Happy to say that I'm a "Drake Loyalist", buying the first game on it's first day of release (the PSN demo was enough to convince me), but it's good to hear people are disovering Nathan for the first time with such a beautifully crafted package.
Seriously though, if AMONG THIEVES is your first taste of the franchise, you really, REALLY need to buy DRAKE'S FORTNE as soon as possible.

Look at the threads about UNCHARTED day one sales and see the 360 owners saying "LOL is that all" or "Left for Dead sold more". See that gobsh1te who posted spoilers in multiple threads while adding "LOL" to them because he was so 'clever'.

Maybe some people actually think that the HALO franchise is *gasp* a tad overated, not quite deserving of the adulation heaped upon it and that finally a BETTER game is being acknowledged as such.

I was playing UNCHARTED DRAKES FORTUNE the day before I bought AMONG THIEVES. I didn't 'forget' and 'move on' from that game, so why should I do so for an improved sequal.
Every score is utterly deserved, and even all those "9.4" and "9.5" scores suddenly seem a bit tight. I'm stunned by this game, truly I am.
