It seems the world was far bigger and more immersive than the final release. It's a shame, I can swear I felt that the world was a lot bigger before the whole time I was playing. Makes me wonder why did they scrap so much material?
I mean it's not like I can find fault with it. A bigger Columbia to explore would have been wonderful. I want to play the version they showed in 2011 too :(
Alyx Vance.
What's the point of a placeholder release date?
This guy makes great videos, I laughed my ass off on "A day in the life of Max Payne"
Definitely.
As long as it's a rock solid 30fps, I don't mind.
Or revengeance haha
yeah I'd rather not have a prequel at all. I want a full fledged sequel with Scarecrow and his fear gas plan that was so heavily hinted at in Arkham City. Joker is done with. Leave him be. It's like Hamill said - recognize a high and leave it at that.
You do realize it's purely satirical? Nothing in this article is true, it's a freaking joke.
But you don't understand those things which are beneath you, oh great and righteous one.
This franchise has become exhausting enough to go on a big 2-3 year long break. You know Ubisoft, maybe letting players develop a desire for the next game in the franchise is a good thing. I'm already at a point where I couldn't care less for AC.
There are scenes with sub 30 fps, hope they optimize it more.
This game looks phenomenal :O I bet it'll be a real hardware kicker on PC.
Meh, nothing to get excited about.
Screw that, I hope they bring it to PC more!
It's just an upgraded Frostbite 2.0. No way did they have enough time to build a new engine from scratch, only modify what they had. Hopefully it won't be more of a performance hog compared to BF3, I don't have the $ to upgrade my GPU right now.
Doesn't look significantly different IMO.
The benchmarks are out, the card is a killer, it's definitely a replacement for the now late 1GB HD7850. It uses a mere 12W more than the 7850 and with a modified fan profile on a REFERENCE design it overclocks to 1200MHz core with a load temperature of 56°C.
Seriously? The freaking 670 is a high end card, amongst the top 5 in existence and you're wondering will it handle UE3?
What would you do if you had my GTX 460?
I don't think so, but we will see.
The TDP is not really that much of a difference between these cards, it's low enough in both cases.
2GB VRAM is a bonus and even if the cards are not powerful enough to fully use it, modern games use quite a lot of memory (trust me, I'm still on a GTX 460 768mb and although it's still relatively powerful, you can feel the lack of memory bogging it down) so it's a more than welcome addition.
I don't understand what's with the disagrees. It's not like I'm wrong. It may have sounded a bit PC elitist, but I can assure you I'm not one. It's just plain and simple reasoning. When graphical fidelity won't have anywhere to go anymore, maybe then and only then will 60fps become a standard, but that's a long way off and definitely not happening with the PS4.
It's not like I'm saying that you shouldn't get a console because 60fps...
Waiting for the first trailer before I jump to conclusions. It might turn out good or it might turn out crap, who knows.
