I'd rather see a Mortal Kombat movie where Billy Mitchell tries to stop people from ending his win streak, that would be fun.
Like the game series, the first one was good, but as they tried to implement more crap, it just got lousy. Maybe they will put Babalities in the new movie.

Unfortunately the general public still views video games as a lower form of entertainment. So they might actually jump on this bandwagon.
Human nature dictates that we don't give a sh*t about anything until it affects us directly. So for people who don't really follow other hypocrisy in the news (cough presidential elections cough) seeing a story like this is canned evil. All cable news does this, but since this says "video game" the community here is looking.
Don't believe me? Think about it, Fox is all about ratings and publicity, the old saying goes "There is no such thing as bad publicity" Fox has video gamers talking about their news station. Think about it. It's like a fanboy rant, a reply to it only adds fuel to their fire, Fox continues to laugh at all of us as we keep complaining about their "news" but in the end, it is just adding up to more hits to their website. I mean, how many of us are talking about CNN or MSNB...
Couldn't have said it better myself 12. Kudos to you all for owning all 3, but you can do just fine with one or two. I'm sure 12 said he had the money to buy all three but didn't want to. See, I could run out to the store and buy a 360 and a Wii, but I won't. I seriously don't have enough time in my life to juggle three consoles. Plus I think I could live without playing any 360 exclusives if it meant I could take my girl out somewhere nice.

Completely agree. This game is starting to look like a reunion tour, 20 years after a band was in their prime, the people are there and they can play but it's not the same as their glory days.
I can't help but think the same way as FireWire, no I'm not gonna bail, but I'm not gonna sit here and think things are going to be the same as always. I left a couple other sites due to messed up stuff happening after "deals" were made. Hope N4G doesn't follow suit.
Might wanna look at Dreamcast vs. PS2, the end of that battle changed things significantly.
I own a PS3 and I'm shocked that this happened especially since 2007 was the year of the release of the "reason everyone bought a 360" Halo 3. This is big news, and since the price gap is less than ever and PS3's big hitters hit this year, the same result wont be as shocking next year.
Unfortunately the Chocolate Milk kid will still be asking his mommy for chocolate milk in 20 years. Real life will tear this kid apart.
