Um, hello? ALL news is about ratings. That's why the majority of the news is bad news. All cable news is ridiculous (See Presidential Campaign) Fox News is an easy target but there is no such thing as a unbiased news station that only cares about the news.
Don't sweat it too much, Pain is about fun for 15-30 minutes after you get past the initial fun. Maybe by the time it is released there there will be a new city.
Maybe the Gentlemen's Club union kept the media silenced. But I mean just cause Fox recently made complete fools out of themselves doesn't mean that they are the only ones. The media in general doesn't know how to talk about games. Not just fox. Heck even the TV dedicated to gaming isn't too good.
Me and my sibs had tons of fun with the CAW way after the game was launched, trying to recreate characters. The only issue was that everyone sounded the same, Cloud sounded like Strider and Abe (Oddworld) sounded like Jesus...Don't ask.
Plus they need to get rid of that good/evil armor. It was a pain that you couldn't wear a certain piece of armor cause it would change you from an evil person to a good person. Keep the good evil aspect, but don't tie it to the clothes.
Has anyone seen anything regarding the Create system? I hope they rework that. It was a fun gimmick in 3 but with only 4 voices (8 including Japanese) I got the same feeling like I did with Oblivion, everyone sounds the same. Creating familiar people in 3 (Dante, Cloud, Big Boss) was pretty fun though.

I don't see why people just don't import a DS3. It works fine (I'm in the US) and the price isn't that bad.

Fade to Black, huh? Heard many good things but never played it. But I'm in the US anyways so no matter. Actually I think it's kinda good for me that the update was pretty lacking, I can finally put some time into PJM. Was a sick joke releasing PJM and Days of Ruin the same week.
This game created it's own genre basically. And unlike Halo 3, there are ZERO games that are on the same level as GTA in the same genre. Any one can name a couple games as good or better than Halo in the FPS department. But as far as this game goes, nothing comes close. After skipping the last GTA I think I will pick this one up.
Only the 360 one is compatible, unless they decided to make the PS3 one bluetooth compatible. Which I doubt.

I'm a lefty and I think they work pretty well as long as you lefty flip it. You'll be playing it upside down so the Whammy will be in a different spot. I think it's easier to hit in lefty stance. It shouldn't hamper you too much, I'm on the final song list on hard and have only been held back by my skills not the guitar.

Keep it full 2d with HD graphics like the SSF2 game coming for PS3 and 360. Think of how many characters you could store on the disc.
A little more outside of the box. How bout just do a game ala MUGEN with EVERYONE in it. Impossible? probably, but it would be sweet, set up user created content and trading then you have a winner.
