Poor guy probably got beat down by Lou one too many times. It's a video game, no different from racing cars or playing football. You're doing something you cannot do in real life.
I figured that GTA4 would have been that game, but guess not. Soon, that will probably happen though, especially if devs start using PS3 as the main platform for multiplatform titles. People could just add a HD to the Arcade right? They can do it with the Core version.

This game looks like it will be the new Manhunt 2 (A lot of hype and controversy, leading up to a lousy game, making people wonder, "why were we talking about this?")
You can't play those old versions online though, that's the problem. Street fighter purists who want to play online would want their heads if they cut the old stuff. The extremely hardcore SFII crowd is probably still out there in some form or another, and they would play original or nothing.
Actually he has a point. Think of how cheap HD-DVD movies and players will be soon. If you can get a movie cheap, do it.

Shadow isn't that bad, at least not compared to the other characters they pulled out of the sky. Big the Cat, E10 whatever, Tikal, Silver. Those are way worse. And why would you want Tails to go, that's like asking Luigi to disappear. Come on.
The 6-button pad on the Genesis was perfect for Street Fighter. Better than trying to use the shoulder buttons on the SNES version. The Saturn pad evolved from that one if I'm not mistaken.
I'm pretty sure they are releasing Alpha to the PS3 sometime soon.
Since it got delayed last year, there has been no specific release date. Although this could lead up to the PSN version being released first.
No, I knew what I was getting into when I clicked the link. But it seemed a bit lackluster. There are no real awesome hidden characters that we haven't seen before. Remember the first time you saw Game and Watch and Marth? There is nothing like that, although I guess Snake and Sonic would make that mark. But they were announced awhile back.
Seriously, let Rob die. He was in Mario Kart for the DS, nice once, but come on. I'm actually disappointed by these spoilers, hopefully that's not all of the characters.

If they're cutting people from Melee, looks like Roy will be cut, Ike's Eruption attack looks exactly the same as Roy's move, 1 hit kill included.
Kinda scary when you think about it. People in Japan will be playing FF13 at home, and DQ13 everywhere else. I think it's a law that a DQ game cannot be released on a weekday. At least it used to be. A freaking law! Halo can never hope to achieve that status, no game can.
Both RPG juggernauts in Japan are scheduled to be released this year, and they WON'T be competing against each other. Dragon Quest IX will be released for DS, FF13 for PS3. Pandemonium will ensue.
