According to who's expectations? Obviously it depends on who you ask MGS5 is a great game and it's gameplay was one of the best for 2015. So again depending on who you ask because a lot of people like the game even with it's flaws it is still one of the best games of 2015.
You are entitled to your opinion but not everyone who is a MGS fan hates the game could it be better yes the story is the biggest problem but the gameplay saves the game.

The answer to this question will always be subjective but one console will definitely have more games to chose from than the others and that's the ps4.

Even at a million it under performed considering it's an established franchise, and that's not mentioning the development and marketing cost. This is unacceptable Sony get your shit together, I will say it because it's the truth but now that ps plus is paid service they need to do a better job of addressing these issues.
