Finally beat the demo this game got me hooked definitely picking this up. Once you get used to the nuances and get a feel for it is very enjoyable even with it's steep learning curve.
This game is brutal the learning curve is harsh but oddly enough satisfying definitely had to walk away and put it down after getting demolished. However much like the DS and BB it has the risk reward aspect that I found kept me coming back for more, this will definitely turn some people off.

The 360 was trash from the beginning with the highest failure rate ever MS was so greedy that they wanted to beat Sony to the market even at the expense of the consumer resulting in such a failure never before seen in consoles. Stop that the king of all consoles is the PS2 and while the 360 was innovative and changed the way people play and interact online it also had the heights failure rate of any console generation. I could even argue that being online has brought many unwanted practices by developers and publishers that have negatively influenced gaming.
CD Project red is no longer a small studio they have grown and are in a better position than they where a few years back. We would be better served learning about when to expect the blood and wine DLC than any details about a game that isn't even in pre production.

This article screams attention look R&C and DS3 are vastly different games compering them is just asinine both are great games. One thing that is not debatable is the diversity of games on the PS4 is greater than that of the X1. That is what makes it better to me the ability to experience a variety of different games. I not saying MS doesn't have diversity it's just that Sony has a lot more of it and that makes a hell of a difference no matter what your personal opinion is on the matter.
When it's all said and done both the Dream cast and WiiU will go down as some of the most under rated systems ever. Both have been unappreciated in their own time and the only thing I'm sure of is that they both have had fantastic games worth playing.

I'm digging everything I'm hearing from PSVR but I will wait to try it before purchasing it also we might hear more titles announced at E3. I'm in no hurry buy it we will see how it all play's out either way very exciting time for gamers with VR.
The answer to your question is very simple core gamers like video games. They also like new technology and so if Nintendo offered them a compeling system with enough power that offered the ability to enjoy all of Nintendo games and third party games that would be huge. They just can't give you an easy mode and call it a day, they would have to change the level design because the whole game is based on the premise that danger is just around the corner and every single enemy including the lowest one can kill you. So an easy mode would help unless you know the game mechanics need to be successful because even the easiest of foes needs strategy and timing to be defeated. Sure they can turn it into a hack and slash but that wouldn't be a Soul's game ...
