The PS5 will probably be announced at E3 2019 with a release date of holiday season 2020. At that point it would have been 7 years since the OG PS4 launched I think that scenario is very likely. LOL. If people don't believe the developers didn't do this to create buzz around their game. I have never heard of this game or developer. I couldn't care less about people that will cry about the art direction but make no mistake this screams give me attention in a desperate sort of way. Just make your game if it is good it will sell no amount of shitty gimmicks ever saves games.

What an oxymoron you want new game announcements yet you don't want them to talk about games that will release within this year and early next year.

My problem with this is not that some people are compering Days Gone to TLOUS it's that so many people haven't gotten their hands on the game and are making assumptions based on the trailer. So what they have similarities. Does that make it the same game? No so why compare it the fact remains we have seen very little of Days Gone to make assumptions of what the game play will be like to compare it to TLOUS.
I conquer if it weren't for Sony and Nintendo I would probably just build a PC because at that point why bother with consoles. MP only games have given many greedy publishers like EA and Activision incentive to cut games further and further until the only thing they offer is online where a game lives or dies based on the support of gamers playing the game. Not to mention that at anytime the publisher can shutdown it's servers without notice leaving gamers without any recourse.
It's Amazon trying to strong arm Sony to get a better deal, they have done this to Disney and Nintendo now it's Sony. You can't get the most popular PSN digital codes 10 and 20 dollars anymore either. I check because I wanted to get a game that was on sale but they are not currently available.
Like they say timing is everything, why would Sony want to release a new open world game in the same time frame as RD2. It was smart to delay it to early next year where it at least has a chance since it's a new Ip vs a game that is heavily anticipated, plus Sony Bend get's more time to polish the game.

Sony could bring back SOCOM if they are lacking in an area is their shooters. A good tactical shooter like SOCOM would be great. I know there are many shooters but none by Sony I think of the Division shows there is room for a third person shooter like SOCOM.
Nah if you are a real gamer you don't ruin your own experience by watching someone else play the game before you play it. I suspect that if you are watching streams of games you never had the intention of playing said games. I have only ever watched streams long after I have played through the game myself and only to see someone else's reaction.

LOL. Don't listen to septic play the game and judge for yourself people he probably thinks Quantum Break was awesome, the game is flawed but the setting and characters are more than interesting enough for a play through and it is dirt cheap now.
I don't think Sony trust Ready at Dawn to make a sequel, I would love to see a more in depth game flushed out because the lore and setting are pretty cool. I just think they spent too much time making the game pretty and left next to nothing as far as gameplay and level design was concern. Cool game premise badly executed I would love to see one of Sony's in-house studios take a crack at it.
IMO MS won't release their numbers because the narrative would be that Sony is winning two to one maybe even more so they shift the focus off of sales numbers. Truth be told if MS had good numbers they would be shouting them from the sky, all you have to do is look at how they handled the xbox x launch and it's marketing touting "REAL 4K" yeah ok MS because native 4K wasn't already a thing on PC, they just used that to take a jab at Sony.
That is the right move because it undercuts MS most powerful console marketing and transitions gamers to the new generation specially if the PS5 is BC with PS4. Rumors are that CD project red has received a PS5 dev kit because Cyberpunk 2077 will be a multi generational game meaning it will release on the PS4 and PS5. The PS4 will continue to sell once they drop the price people forget that many countries where the PS4 is sold sell it a premium so a price cut will help the longevity in certai...
