This is funny AF nobody cared about cross play or backwards compatibility until Sony said no or didn't offer it making it a talking point for MS fanboys. Sony has been doing cross play for years with PC and some Nintendo games but Sony had the audacity to say no to MS and all of a sudden it's a big deal. BC wasn't a big deal until this generation when Sony didn't offer it and all of a sudden it's a must have feature?
You xbox fanboys are so transparent ...
LOL. If that was true xbox would be dead already, we know some of you hate everything Sony at least be more creative with your trolls.
Want better games vote with your wallet EA doesn't care as long as there are people willing to buy their games regardless of their track record and greed.
Considering no actual game play mechanics have been shown that's a pretty bold statement considering Kojima's track record I'm willing to give him the benefit of doubt.
So Sony should cater to a subculture demographic that only makes but a fraction of their business? Instead of protecting their interest and image? People have short term memory I recall Nintendo taking pretty hard stance on these same kind of issues in the past. MS doesn't have to deal with this because those games don't sell well enough to even get ported over. I'm not necessarily defending Sony on this but in my opinion this issue is being blown out of proportion like many other...
All I care about at E3 2019 is what CD Project Red will say about Cyber Punk 2077. As far as I'm concerned that is the only reason I will tune in.
What? Japanese games have always been censored or changed for the Western audiences this isn't new. Odd that so many people have an issue with this considering the topic but it's not like games are the only ones that suffer from sexual themes getting hit hard and having to alter or change something in order to make them acceptable to widest demographic in the West. Import the games if it matters that much I know it isn't ideal or cost effective but if you want that type of unfilte...
Nah violence isn't a concern but nudity and sexual themes are more likely to get censored in the West just based solely on the culture and what said culture will tolerate, the mainstream media won't tolerate overtly sexual themes in games because many people still believe video games are for children in the West despite this not being the case. Things get censored in different regions of the world for various reasons be it cultural, religious, etc.
I don't care enough about this let's be honest the people affected by this are in the minority. Don't get me wrong I'm not judging the subculture that is into this in the West. As someone who has lived in Japan there are some dubious questionable anime manga that is border line but like I said whatever floats your boat just import the damn games uncensored if you care enough about this. By enlarge I am against censorship but I get why Sony would do this in some cases, while pe...
@jeki
Yeah that's not a lot of money for a lot of people but the value proposition is not good for what it is, spend your money how you see fit but don't try to justify that by acting like it's a good deal. It cost half of what a Switch costs your better off just buying a Switch.
The Order just needed in depth game play and fleshed out story I feel like they cut the game short, because the story was interesting as where the characters and world.
BC was never a big deal until this generation because Sony didn't offer it, conveniently nobody cared last gen or the generation prior to that odd right? Gee I wonder why? The fact is BC is a niche feature that only caters to a small demographic and while it's a nice and good feature it isn't a selling point otherwise MS and the xbox one would have sold way more than what they did since according to you it's such a big deal it should sell hardware right?
Dude does it surprise you get down voted when you constantly troll Sony articles? Just keep it moving nothing you say is taken seriously on here even when you say positive things that are obvious to everyone.
Ever heard of the law of diminishing returns those kinds of leaps in technology will happen less frequent moving forward. Perhaps we will see that kind of jump in VR but not in traditional gaming.
All these armchair analyst acting like they know how the market will react, hell even so call experts don't get it right some of those same experts predicted last generation as the last traditional generation. How did that prediction turn out for them?
@cheifJohn117
SOT was bare bones when it launched taking 5 or more points for glitches in Days Gone is ridiculous considering how many of these same sites jizz all over Bethesda games that have game breaking bugs that force you to have a back up file just in case so that you don't lose your progress. Days Gone was flawed and they should have never sent it out for reviews in that state but after the initial patch many those issues where non existent and they kept the pat...
Oh you mean like playing on PC? It looks like some people never saw the progression and development of consoles competition is a good thing. It's what saved the industry Atari pushing Nintendo to create the NES, Sega pushing Nintendo to do better with Genesis. Nintendo snubbing Sony only for it to bite them is arse, and see the birth of the Playstation. PS getting blindsided by MS and having to up their game by making their online better and finally Nintendo having to innovate in absence ...
"Don't listen to critical reviews" well if they where honestly critical then sure maybe you would have a point but many aren't, I have seen youtuber's review the game more honestly than these so call experts. I don't care if the reviewers didn't like the protagonist, I don't care if the freakers are all white, I don't care that reviewers had to rush through the game unpatched. Was the game fun to play? Was the game interesting? Does the game have game bre...
You try way to hard the game wouln't be selling if it was as bad as reviewers said it was. Hate on the game all you want it's not going to stop people from buying, enjoying, liking and playing the game.
Then why even announce that they are going to be there? People want to see the game in action if it's too soon for them then don't go to a big show like E3.
