They have custom audio set ups for most big games for the headsets. Horizon, god of war, uncharted, etc have audio setups.
Paying $60 for a game that has a ton of content in it, no micro transactions, looks beautiful, has a ton of customization in it, and is huge? Yah, I'd get bored of it too /s
In some places, people are overworked and understaffed. Even if you put it, you won't always get it off. And some mangers aren't the nicest, even if you ask well in advance.
I most likely will be, due to being multiplat. Last of Us 2 and other console exclusives will always get the haters on the other side dropping low scores since its not on their platform of choice.

Also, comparing x1x / ps4 pro to xbone / ps4 is not the same (x1x and pro are much quieter than the originals and have faster UI).
Well, you'll be waiting at least 5 years for a new one. They're working on their new game right now, which is probably another year or 2 off (hopefully by spring 2020 the latest), so it'll be a while till the next full game (not the Gwent game).
