Again, the value of PLUS IS NOT THE FUCKING POINT!
It's that Sony is selling us a COUPON BOOK with a subscription fee. Look at what Valve is doing with Steam. Almost everything is at least 75% off, and Steam is FREE. That's where digital distribution was supposed to go. So stop cheering for this abomination of a subscription plan.
Digital distribution was supposed to bring us cheaper games in the first place. That was the whole point: to compete with ...
This article sounds extremely fishy to me. It says that 3D effect forces you to not "properly focus" but what is "properly focus?" As far as I know, 3D from the polaroid period is just that the lens is covering up a secondary image that is either layered behind or on top of the real image, thus creating an extra depth. It's like if you take a piece of blue paper, then place a transparent gray paper on top, thus obscuring some of the blue, but do it repeatedly for many ...
after they actually make a game worth playing.
That's the name of the website, we're talking about picking a name for it right now as we speak.
I can't stand Reggie. Every time he talks, I just want to punch him in the face.
Another fake demo. I'm kinda pissed about this sort of shit that MS pull now.
Doesn't make it good.
Earning money in GT is extremely easy. I could earn enough money for a new F430 in like 15 minutes
Sony hasn't shown a live demo of the ping pong game yet. This is the first time we got to see it being played.
Not because I like the games.
I love it because it actually showed someone using Move to play a game and not be completely crap at it. It showed that you actually can play it well and it actually works.
Although, I hope for the archer game, in like the hard difficulty, the reticle should be removed. I'd love to do that.
It's still twitchy and laggy. Especially when she's going very slowly, you can see the avatar twitch a little in the leg and in the head. And when she was waving her arms very slowly, you can see the avatar's arms are moving like half a second slower than she is. Also, the game twitched quite a lot when someone else walked into its view. I can't imagine that's good if you have a big dog.
There is a huge amount of lag in the Ricochet game. Her body is hunc...
But Uncharted 2's art direction is almost on par with its technical graphics, which is leaps and bounds better than what Enslaved has shown through its trailers.
Why do people not believe Jaffe when he talks? He has always been straight out with the truth and **** anybody who disagrees.
He's said in several occasions throughout his blogs that HE IS NOT doing TM, and he will be watching E3 at home or just go as a guest. Stop the speculations, and just read. The dude don't lie.
Isn't it sort of the point though?
Heavy Rain is supposed to make gamers feel for even normal fat guys and just plain normal looking people, who, some may say, are ugly.
It's sort of the District 9 effect. Who knew that by the end of the movie, the audience actually felt sorry for those cockroaches?
I got the survey today. And I asked for Ico/SotC and Jak series.
Sony has officially said in numerous occasions that cross game chatting is confirmed to not be a part of any premium package. Also, did anybody read the comment? Some guy just mentions a "rumor" that he heard, and the editor/writer immediately puts it on the list.
So yeah, that's their sources, some guy in the comment section.
The Dream Eye only records a video whereas the PSEye can track body movements and interact the body movement with the actual game software. The difference is like a video camera and an extremely dumbed down version of motion capture. Natal is just the PSEye, but supposedly in 3D.
He's been hinting that it's probably not Twisted Metal for the whole time. The only people who are saying that it might be are people from the press. Honestly, I wish he would venture out of Twisted Metal and God of War. I liked Calling All Cars because it was his new title that took his Twisted Metal idea in a whole new fun direction. I still wish CAC is still alive and well.
Because gamers LOVE companies that care more about short term profits than actual games, right?
I really think the sand's effect that can completely change each level can really add a whole new dynamic to the gameplay. Looking forward to seeing more.
