That said, I do agree that if I had to guess, it would be around 250-300 for wifi and 300-350 for 3g. But again, this whole "insider" business is purely bullshit.
Nobody cares what you do with your console. Sony is suing him because he basically allowed pirates to do piracy. Whether or not that's his intention is not the point because the end result is that piracy is the direct result of his action.
That's like saying "NO NO, I bought my son a shotgun to exercise his right to bear arms." Things aren't always black or white. GeoHotz is clearly and obviously clearing the way for pirates to commit piracy.
The same people who support him are the people who say things like "I hate violence, but I'll defend to the death my 2 year old his right to carry shotguns to school."
Maybe Sony could use this as proof that he's making monetary benefit from his hack.

Huh? NGP @ 320 would be expensive. I think anything under $300 is reasonable. 3DS is overpriced at 250 because it really doesn't add any new functionality to gaming mechanics. 3D is nice, but it's just like watching 3D movies, it really doesn't add anything.
