@Abash
No clue why you have disagrees, but I believe MS might have done this to release a non Kinect included version of the Xbox One.
It could seem like a really smart plan.
And I don't get people, they bitched about the Kinect being mandatory and now there is an article about it not being mandatory. Seriously are people so miserable and disappointed in their lives that they have to resort to trivial crap like this.
LMAO many people can relate.
But seriously, wtf is up with the disagrees?
Online trading cards. And the sales
But really it was a joke. There should be a sarcasm smiley or button people can press. Don't get why I received any Disagrees lol.
Gayffh,
Your argument is nill buddy. I am not supporting either console, as I do plan to get both.
But, um, do we need to bring back Sony fully dropped backwards compatibility with their PS3.
People are always ranting about the dumbest things.
What Xmarks said is completely true. Hell you can even do it with your PS3 since that seems like it will stop getting supported and since your PS4 won't be able to play them in the ...
This isn't good news. I love Games For Windows Live, but for the simple fact that Microsoft got rid of that DRM engine makes this pretty much null and void.
For the 18 people that still play GFWL titles this may be good, but really....
This seriously isn't all that great.
How about MS revitalizes GFWL with a better interface, features, and a better overall experience and then allow people to use the account simultaneously on the PC an...
Notice how I said District Manager and not employee. I also forgot to say I never took the job because had a lot better offers, plus I am just sticking with my studies.
I currently have a PS3 and an Xbox360 neither of which I pay for. I stick to PC.
I was just saying that all this crap the "fanboys" -- I have to call them, are saying both consoles/makers are doing the same things, and were going to do the same things.
Just a heads up for people who keep bashing either or console, know that both Microsoft and Sony were going to do the exact same things, and are doing exact same things.
With the whole online, both you have to pay to get the full true experience.
All the extras will be tied with that paid subscription.
And for that whole DRM fiasco, that people were tripping balls over for Microsoft, Sony was going to do it also.
How do I kn...
No PC Gamer is desperate for games.
For instance I am a die hard Metal Gear Solid (yes, I did have a PS3 so I did enjoy MGS4, but I don't have it anymore).
We just want games. Whatever it may be in particular, we just want them.
I am going to buy Castlevania, and I have every fighting title on PC, and I suck at them (not as good as I am with FPS games).
So that's basically it, I want every console game on PC. I'm...
I think the issue with games like these is the need for developers -- mainly publishers to forcibly tack on multiplayer.
I really hate it.
Square/Eidos really need to do some soul search and reevaluate their current standings with their games.
They really need to do something fresh and not their games that have already been remade/rebooted/refreshed and published. (Tomb Raider, FF series, Deus Ex, Hitman)
We could have used a...
You SoB BiggCMan, lol.
I do have to agree as a PC gamer - which in my opinion is superior in terms of strength in visuals, computing, etc, but in terms of sheer games consoles have the edge.
I wish we could get all the exclusives from both sides of consoles.
I have Metal Gear Solid 1 and 2 - Substance for PC, and mess around with it occasionally (my favorite franchise).
I am hoping that with these new (next gen) consoles, PC ...
It obviously has the physics of a tank.
As much as almost every real gamer out there would like to see a Half Life 3 or at least Episode 3, I don't think Valve can handle it at the moment.
I guess they don't want to screw it up. I think Half Life 2 was a great achievement when it was released, but I just feel as Valve is holding back to really produce something epic.
Thorstein sorry to burst your bubble but Xbox One is going to have Twitch TV support and fully integrated.
I don't care for either console and will get both for their respective exclusives, since I am on PC, but I am just telling you that fact.
From sheer games that I have seen, the PS4 has impressed me more, but the X1 is just feature packed a lot useless to me, but heavily packed.
Little known fact EA owns 25% of Ubisoft stock.
They mean next gen consoles.
They don't need to say PC, these dudes get it. They know what it means to be a gamer, and a PC Gamer at that.
I'm not trying to start a little console debate/war, but PC is their lead platform of course.
Yea, name a game that doesn't have QTEs.
I'm more than sure you can find some, but out of the thousands of games that have been released since Shenmue -- first game that I remember having QTEs, very few don't use them.
Fighting games don't use them at least.
Well I have IV, and the Arcade Edition didn't seem that much more special to me.
I'm not that good at the game either, so I don't like playing the super pros online, like to play with friends and family etc.
But I will definitely make this Ultimate edition a priority.
Thank god I didn't buy Super Street Fighter IV Arcade Edition for PC when I could have when it was on many different sales.
If publishers gave their developers the time and money to create something successful everyone would come out winning.
Recent games like Remember Me, Inversion, Binary Domain, and the likes could have been even better games if they had just a bit more time.
These games could have been huge blockbusters and sold more copies if more people knew about them and if they had good press behind them. And if people were so damn ignorant and thought for themselves ins...
I got this headset for $69.99 from a local Best Buy, regularly it is $79.99.
I find it odd that the review says $130.
The new G35/G930 is the one that is $120-$130.
But this headset does its job very well. Got it connected to a Sound Blaster X-FI Titanium. And while it is definitely not the most amazing crystal clear headset, it is extremely good and does it's job very well for the $69.99 I paid for it.
