If you are a fan of NFS, just hope its nothing like NFS Undercover. Actual movie actors and the such but probably the worst NFS to date in my opinion.
Pro Street wasn't may favorite either but I wasn't into that specific title.
I think Bethesda makes great games, but Fallout 4 has way to high of an expectation from people.
I'm personally not a fan of them even though I played and beat FO3, but I didn't go in depth with it at all. Way too clunky for me as I'm a huge FPS person. The RPG aspect though was great, and even better with mods.
But yea, I don't know how or what they will do with Fallout 4.
Also would rather see new games from all these compan...
It is the studios problem when they want to make the profit possible and most people are still on a last gen console.
I personally couldn't care about it being cross gen. There isn't much they could do with a fighting game.
This is in comparison to a console released less 7 months ago.
Give it another year and a high end PC will be able to keep up with the next gen console. And I mean the PS5 and Xbox Two/Too/Whatever the F.
I have a PC from 5 years ago and it can run Watch Dogs, granted I've upgraded the GPU and its only to a GTX670 which cost me a little over $350 2 years ago.
I can play Watch Dogs nearly maxed out.
Do have to agree the visuals are not up to par even on PC ultra settings.
Night time is close, but day time looks pretty bad in comparison to the reveal.
There is a difference between being playable and actually working fine.
I'm a Battlefield veteran, and I can tell you BF4 is a huge POS.
Sadly I knew about this for months. I was in a focus group about this and warned them that this will flop and should only be a DLC mod/expansion.
If the single player is still the same and show the same footage what you will see is a 2 detectives or vice cops breaching into an apartment. One of the guys look like Irish from BF4 but the whole place gets shot up and you have to chase after someone.

But I also have more than one monitor and they are extremely bright.
Could see how this is beneficial. I've never had the issue of eye strain or exhaustion, but it can eliminate or deter that from happening.
I thought Resistance and Motorstorm were horrible and corny.
I pushed myself to play the first Resistance and never got through R2.
Heavenly Sword was by far an amazingly beautiful game. Let alone the game play. I think the combat was incredibly done, and had a lot of depth to it.
I think Ninja Theory is one of the most under rated developer out there.

Why is bad voice acting the new bitching point for games.
It seems like every day someone finds something to complain about.
Because voice acting is so essential and crucial to the immersion of games. Guess people don't have any creativity or imagination anymore.
I don't see how people can say they cried or felt so emotional with the FFVII game -- and others, but now people get butt hurt about over "bad" voice acting.

I try to buy all my games on disk but they are far and between. My point is at least with Steam I can make backups of my games.

This has always been my fear and why I will probably never buy a console again.
With Steam I have all my games backed up. And that's 1000+ games.
Just like the iPhone people want quick and easy use and cheap.
As a huge PC gamer, I do have to say consoles have their benefit. You can sit on a couch and play your games instead of being at a desk on a chair. Some PC people may argue this fact that you can easily get a mouse and keyboard on your lap or get a controller for your games but it isn't that simple.
With Steam's Big Picture Mode its still a bit difficult. Not all games have full controller...
Dude, I'm 26 years old, just finished college, have had a demanding part time job - actual manual labor, a girlfriend and 2 nieces that I'd have to pick up from school and watch till my sister got home from work.
Have maybe a total of 100-150 hours in BF4 and still have a 1.8 KDR. So I have to say with all due respect, and I mean with all due with respect, you just suck.
