But, its true. I believe on top of it not being finished, this Holiday season is going to swarmed with a lot of games (like always).
I know for a fact all the parents who buy their kids games only (or specifically) on holidays will have a huge back catalog to fill, for those who didn't get them day one.

Graphics aren't the most important thing to me, I did play and beat the game with my girlfriend (she played most of it). But, I am a PC enthusiast. I justify my spending on PC to have better quality, because I can and I want to.
Better graphics just make things just that much better.

I've been PC gaming for over 10 years, and was around for EvenBalance/Punkbusters start, and since day 1 it didn't work.
It helped kicking, possibly, some cheaters -- who really knows, but it also kicked countless of random people for no valid reason, except for random reasons.
It also never could detect the good hacks. Some very few people who hack pay for them, and those hacks will 99.99% of the time go undetected for a very long time.

See I was always a huge BF fan, but once it stopped after BF2 on PC I switched to consoles and CoD was game of choice.
With that said I got extremely bored after MW2 -- also the fact that I came back PC gaming also helped, but still I bought Black Ops and that was fun for a while but the mindless running and gunning and the CoD formula is dying.
There are a lot of CoD fans out there, and I don't get mad that they play it, but I know they are missing out ...
Not true, AMD made the 7970GHz edition to compete with most 680s.
Recall that even some 670s (most OCd) beat some 680s and 7970s in benchmarks.
AMD realized they can bump the core to 1GHz on their cards and then re-released them. This pretty much made most 680s and most 7970GHz edition cards even.
Not knocking AMD I think for the price they are the best.

With GTAIV I can now play it with my GTX 670 OCd, but my 5970 and GTX295 had issues maxing it out, and I couldn't use ENB at all with those.
A year away release like all other GTAs have been? I'm hoping so.
Hopefully we get a better port than what we got with GTAIV.

Just another point in why consoles will never be up to par with PC.
Not trying to start a flame war here, but this was the main issue with nearly all current gen consoles.
Most games ran well below even 720p but would get upscaled.
Halo, CoD, Battlefield, Uncharted, all the major AAA games and below ran well under 720p.

I can just think and know a lot of people that did get it for the current gens buying it for the next gen, since it seems a lot of people are going to make the jumps from what I've heard from articles and the pre-order numbers.
Also the possibility of DLC being released so a GOTY or some type of "better" edition.

Wishing this is the problem though. Too many people have low end PCs, and for the fact that by next year in terms of power and on paper "next gen" consoles will be out dated.
Look at the Steam hardware stats, a huge portion of people are running DX9 cards, not even 10, and barely many with DX11 GPUs. This is the main issue.
I hope this can bring more games to the PC market.
