The Xbox One and PS4 are exactly up to par with each other. The issue here is that the Xbox One runs a slimmed down version of Windows 8, while the PS4 has this horrendously cheap AI.

Watch Dogs was downgraded on consoles because it had to, the PS4 can not maintain high resolutions and 60FPS constantly. Look at the class action lawsuit against Sony with Kill...

From what is known, is that sadly the animations are tied to the framerate. So speed that up and everything will be a big fast paced crack fest.

But I am more than sure it can be unlocked and work well.

Dark Souls had the 30FPS lock, that was later unlocked and everything worked well.

I have the game and it runs perfectly fine, but the issue I have is the 30 FPS cap, that both games have.

Which having a computer that pushes upwards of 120 FPS and having this game lag ass as it does, really sucks.

This game is actually better, and there are no subscriptions to it.

1) EA is the publisher and made Maxis strip down and rush this game, to milk it at as much as possible.

Sims 1 still the best, 2 was fantastic 3 was a huge cash in.

This game was extremely optimized.

I ran this game full settings 150% scaling 200% dropped my frames under 60.

With that being said, this game is just a huge POS.
