Fact of the matter is, most dev's still haven't even reached the level that Uncharted 2 was at.

Is this tattoo artist suing Carlos Condit or UFC for having his artwork appear on their show or body.
The draw on the show is Carlos, not the art work. the artwork is only part of the known image of Carlos and nether adds or takes away if the work was there.
Once you put your artwork on a person, you can't control where that person goes and what he appears on.
Once you tattoo someone, that work belongs to the person who was tattooed and they can go where ever they ...
It's a bit like taking the goose and squeezing it to get the next golden egg out.

Just needs a little fine tuning here and there with the screen running away when I'm trying to place a grenade on the PC version which is a little annoying and trying to fire a rocket near the alien if you can't hit it directly would be nice.
But other that that it's such a great game.

I got X Com on Steam for about £20 just before the weekend.

You just need to see what's happening with that film to see what happens when people make media in an irresponsible manner in the name of free speech.
If the subject or person has something to say, then great.
But if the aim is just to offend, then that is just abusing your right of free speech to hurt others.
It's not the people in America you should be worried about.
Sony hasn't had as bad time of it this gen as some people like to thing.
Sure it's been a hard fight for second place, but the business is still turning over and the product is still always improving.

Playing solo tells a story in a way that you just can't do with multi player.
And that bit that says it's not fair....Dark souls is very fair.
You get greedy, you die.
You go somewhere your not ready for, you die.
You don't learn how to fight, you die.
Thats fair...because when you do, you know your the best!
Like any business, you have to work till a deadline, otherwise the project will never get done.
But like any project, things can run over time or over budget.
It's better to get it out right first time than send out a broken product. Because far more damage can be done to the image of the game and it's maker if it's full of bugs.
Besides, how much money do you get back once you sell them.
