As much as I would like to see TLoU on PS4, I would rather they focus their attention on either TLoU2 or a new IP.

Sounds to me like they are were focusing on the core game making sure it works before adding all the bells and whistles.
Yeah it would be nice if it was finished when it came out, but as long as the game works is more important.
The only reason why Xbox one has more games now was because they took them from the 360.
One of the reasons why 360 had such a lack of new exclusive games in the last few years.

I had My PS3 from the start...and I do remember the PS3 has no games arguement.
But oddly it still managed to keep me entertained through out all that time.
It was rally only the first yer when nothing much came out, but people kept saying it had no games for years after.
I used to play a lot of COD3, then Heavenly sword and then Unchartd when that came out.
If the reports are anything to go by, the onl thing holding the PS4 back in it's sales is the stock.
So it's a bit hard to tell how much demand there is if they can't make enough to cover the sales and preorders.
once there is enough stock so that they are staying on the shelves, then we can start looking into who is selling the best and which is more in demand.
....but it helps.
Ya have to give PS4 some time to build up its library before they start giving them away on PSN+.

Fact of the matter is if your a small Dev, your not making money until the game goes on sale.
So isn't it better that they focus on one platform, finish and get it to marke. So the money can start coming in to finance the cost of porting the game to the other platforms.

Deus Ex yes, it was one of the most enjoyable games I played this gen.
Dark Souls and enjoyed even more, but I still think that Demon souls was even better. I enjoyed the dark feel to that one.
