I know all about graphics card and CPU, but I can't be bothered.
Console - game in - done.
It's more likely to be $500m on advertising.
The more you put into a single update, the more likly something is going to go wrong.
Better safe than sorry.
Hopefully the next one.
I don't want it to disappear, because I haven't ben playing them in a long while.
I'd want them to reboot it back to the stle of game play they started with.
make the colour black.
With the consoles being closer to the PC architecture now more than ever, it should be to much of a problem to turn the graphics up with larger textures and effects.
I'm sure with the new consoles, the PC version of the games will benefit from this as well.
Good point, thanks.
My guess is, this is what they mean.
Which these days is about as helpful as saying our game has coding....because nearly all games will have micro transaction in one way shape or form.
I don't understand why people think they can get more money by micro transactions (from F2P games).
I never buy any of these transactions and I'm sure a lot of people don't out of principle.
So are there that many people out the paying over £60 worth of transaction to make up not just the non sale of their game but the cost of me not buying the game as well?
Is it a way to work round tax...I don't know.
In early games like platformers, there was only one way you could go and the only option was to go up or down. So this is story telling in 2D.
When you get to games like Uncharted, you’re still moving down a corridor to a target. There are more things to interact with, so the story like the gameplay is more 3D.
But when you get to games like Fallout, Skyrim etc.
It's a massive open would where you’re not just writing for location, but also ti...
Until you actually hear someone saying I've left because of XYZ, then there is no reason to say the company is in trouble.
If someone really had a problem or was fired, we would hear about it, but the fact is out of everyone who has left, none have turned round to say a bad thing about the company.
The truth of the matter is, this is a creative industry employing creative people.
Creative people want to go off and do new things, it's in their natur...
Yeah, it's not like the idea of VR as been around since the 80s.
So it does not matter who was first in the current round of trying to develop VR, it's nothing new whoever was first out of the two of them.
quality testers????
Do they still use those?

its in the post.
It does seem like they have setup to actually learn something rather than just play to an agenda.
Just goes to show there are good studies and bad studies and you should always look at the background information before making your conclusions.
Nice to see an argument with reason and logic.
If you perfer Xbox because it's more to your taste that thats the best reason to all others.
DX12 might make it more powerful, but thats over two - three years. but thats standard development for any console, so the PS4 in it's own way wil be doing the same thing.
...and for the employed.
I don't think anyone says no to free games. (Yes, I know it's only for the duration of the membership). But it's still good value that keeps getting better the longer you have it.
Wat happens when you delete some of the games to make space?
You can down load them again now, but what about in years to come.
If MS or Sony were to ever sell off their console businesses or if anything were to happen, would the games still be there to access.
At least if I have it on disk, I will always know where to get it.
Most people are not gaming fanatics or feel the need to upgrade every 3 years.
I would be a bit annoyed if I had to replace the TV every 3 years, even if I was going out to get the latest model.
