n4user1, would you get over it.
Both companies tried paying off the movie studios to go there way.
I'm sure if it was the other way round and it was HD-DVD the winner, then we would be hearing the same thing about Toshiba and MS.
Your right, the big thing stopping the sales right now is the price which jumped up after HD-DVD folded.
I've got a pile of BlueRay disks, but I won't be adding to them until the price comes back down again, which it will...they just trying to find the price point right now where they can make money and people are willing to pay....so it will drop.
BeaArthur it does not need to be exclusive to be enjoyed on PSN.
You can't count COD4 out just because 360 has it as well.
I will be watching and waiting.
Often with 360 games, there will be a sticker say get 'so many' free hours on Xbox live.
Maybe they should put labels on PS3 games saying get free access to PSN - FOREVER!
They need to advertise the free network more.
My friend (whos a bit of a cheap scape) was asking how much it cost to go on the network....it took me a while to convince him that yes, it is free.
Its free, so why not.
Its about F****ing time!
I hope they just release the damn thing so I can play it.
I love the way he goes on about how all gamers hate him and that the ones who are bloggers are losers and all gamers...well he just doesn't care what they think.
If thats the case, why is he bringing this up.....it looks like hes been going out and reading what people are saying about him. That does not sound like that actions of someone who does not care what people think of him?
I would say the back end of his helicopter has already come off and he's spinning down, down to the ground.
DVD players can't play HD-DVD disks.
The big improvement that occurred to make the High Dev formats possible was they started using blue light in the laser instead of red light which was what the DVD players uses.
Because of the different wave length, this causes the track to a smaller size and so can fit more on.
So the red laser on a normal DVD player is too big to read the small track.
Thats talent.
Didn't see any guide lines or anything, unless it was under the paper.
It is wrong that the 8 year old was playing this....but thats your friends fault, you should talk to him.
The graphics are kind of cartoony, but thats only because thats the best graphics they can produce for such a big game at this time. Personally the closer they get to real life graphics the more disturbing it would be.
Fact is this is aimed at adults, the high sales prove that the average gamer (who is usually around 30) do want to play games like this.
And as 3...
I don't think Jeremy would know the difference between xbox and playstation. He just likes cars and so he plays car games.
Its like when he did the comparison between racing a track in Gran Turismo and the real thing. He did the course in the game to get the best time he could and then tried to beat it in the real car on the real track....he got no where near.
He said the big difference between the game and real life is fear.
Sorry, I was hungry and I heard there were food particles in there.
if it ends up on your fingers, it'll end up on your keyboard.....don't tell me you have never pick...I mean scratched your nose.
What I wonder is how was the embargo suppose to help the people of Cuba?
Because you go through the whole game and you don't blow anything up once. /sarcasm
Its nice to have something different to play and make you think.
I got Casino Royal for free when I joined the PSN network in UK.
I love that film, so I'm counting that.
