If you can't see how your response basically runs in circles, I give UP. For the last time, this community has to learn that you can't state something is poor or less then something else without first listing some evidence to support it. You simply can't say "I found Game A boring" and consider that a fully fledged opinion worth sharing. It really isn't.
I played a large portion of what was available on the PC and consoles i...

In 1998 Half Life was more or less unlike anything that had come before, sans some jumping puzzles. At the time it was a masterpiece, and by far one of the best Single Player Shooters available.
So with comments like yours its a touch hard to take serious. Lemme know the other shooters you were playing in 1998 that were leaps and bounds better SP wise. Maybe you can point me to games from 2004 where HUMAN characters didn't emote like there face w...
Not sure if serious....
Nothing Mediocre about Half Life though. Not even close, in fact I'm going to go so far as to say that comment is offensively inaccurate.

Diddy Kong Racing was published by Rare, MNR and LBPK are more then likely both going to be published by Sony.
No worse then Zipper, and at the very least Confrontation played and looked like a SOCOM game.
Wall of text discredited in the first few lines, the 5200 sold terribly because it didn't produce a huge improvement over 2600 games and the hardware was absolutely AWFUL. The Jaguar was also a horrendous mistake, and was also released at a time when I could feasibly lump it in with other garbage consoles of the time.
Seriously, things are different now then they were even 10 years ago.
Well said, I've always felt nothing but sympathy for our brethren in the FAR south.
Almost every MMO ever does this...is this news because your Companion is the one doing the asking?
Derp, who said anything about Kinect here? Oh I get it, Noticeably Fat can be critical of things that perhaps you like so you follow him around and post something random and negative below him....great strategy.
Really enjoying that PS Move eh? I guess Sports Champions is a fun game.
Clipping happens in plenty of other games, and weapon balance is generally a crutch of an excuse used by people who can't play.
The gameplay, Gun play and Vehicles are not realistic...nor are they meant to be. This is obvious and has been obvious since 1942.
gg.
"Older more well made Battlefield games"
Yes, because Vietnam, BF2 and 2142 were super stable and had no issues at launch. The issues BF3 has are minor and far from game breakers, or at the very least any issue the game has is not as bad as previous games in the series.
What a multi plat sim that once had serious roots as a PC Sim isn't nearly as good as it's predecessors? Say it ain't so.
@Knight_Cid
So buying Crysis 2 on XBL for 39.99 benefits Crytek and EA less then if I purchased it Physical?
DERPA DERPA DOOO, that makes no sense. It's like you people don't even realize what caused the crash, oh wait you probably don't.
Quake Wars and RTCW Enemy Territory were both better put together and far better realized versions of the type of game that Brink wanted to be. The sad thing is all 3 come from the same dev.
Honestly, if you had any love for Enemy Territory, Brink was disappointment on a stick.

Lots of NES or SNES/Genesis games were horrendously awful/broken. 90% would probably be pretty steep percentage of bad games every generation but I would say it's probably been in that neighborhood with each generation.
I should clarify when I say "Bad" I mean games that don't appear to fit within our high brow N4G box of what a good game is and isn't. NFL Blitz, or Crazy Taxi aren't "good" games in the...
It seems this mentality exists in any entertainment industry more then anything else.
With a mentality like that he's a child guaranteed, or maybe a child trapped in a mans body. Either way, it's kinda pathetic.
When I was young there was no way I was buying games brand new. Genesis/SNES/N64 cartridges were pretty dang expensive, especially in Soviet Canuckistan. It was used or pretty well nothing, only time I ever received new games was gifts.
Now I buy more games then most on this site, good thing all those used games were there for ...
The games that worked within the PSP's framework were amazing and leave nothing worth complaining about. The system is by far the best for RPG's and puzzle games.
Would rather have the diversity of the spec ops missions any day then boring ass zombies. How people still gleaned any enjoyment out of Black ops Zombies after WaW is beyond me.
In return Nintendo filed a lawsuit against Sony for a breach of contract claiming that they own the name “play station”, thinking that they own the name.
Whole bunch of little stuff like that, that could probably just use a nice quick edit and be fixed. Good luck, none of my teachers never liked when I did game related stuff for Elementary or High School but that was a long time ago.
