I wonder what the the M$ reaction will be? If Sony can produce an online system that is "similar" to an XBox "live" experience, how can M$ justify the price point for a years worth of service of Xbox Live?
The one thing "Live" always had was the fact that it was leaps and bounds beyond any online console experience on the market.
It's going to be interesting to see if "Home" can close the gap.
I have all 3 games! Its great that Ubisoft is giving us a little something for buying their games. Not to mention the fact that all 4 of the titles are quality games to begin with.

It totally reinforces Sony's grand plan to promote Blu-Ray through the PS3 and in turn exploiting its loyal gaming community in the process.

Yes the Mart has a point as to even if only 2 people thought the game was good, if it were on XBL, it would still be up and running for those two people to play.
Whether you like it or not, faboyism is a big part of the gaming community. And with the high prices of these systems, it only makes it worse because for many people, the price forces them into buying only one of the consoles.
This game is as boring as they come.

I have probably been playing games longer than you or at least just as long. Its just that I can't stand these retro re-release games.
I thought I could get into them when I purchased Street Fighter 2 and Ultimate Mortal Kombat 3. But in the end, I played them for about a day or so and have never been back.
I played the sh1t out of those games when they were first released. So I figured that I would play them just as much today. Well, I was quite wrong. ...

The gaming community is always evolving into bigger and better things. You can't compare gaming to books because a book hasn't changed in thousands of years. The only thing that changes with a book is the subject matter. When reading books, people have to use their imagination to come up with a visual from what they are reading. A book is still just words on paper that tells a story. Granted there are comic books which have illustrations but again, you are still just reading a story. ...

Look, all I am saying is that if you take away the first party titles for the Gamecube, there really isn't much left. Obviously you are a big Nintendo fan but I promise you that people who own more Gamecube games than PS2 or Xbox games are few and far between.
All in all, I am just busting balls here. I had a Gamecube and I have a Wii. So I do support Nintendo. But there are things that I want which we don't have yet.
No more than 10 quality titles in about 6 years! Oh, and at least 6 or 7 of them were Nintendo exclusives.
Its a good thing that the Wii isn't starting to follow the same suit! (sarcasm)

These little additions are fun but in all honesty, they keep me interested for about 2 minutes and then I go back to playing my 360.
