might pick up SO4 if it hits the bargain bin, sub-HD games really pisses me off. Why can't they do what Tecmo did with NGS2 and at least attempt to utilize what the PS3 has to offer?

This is probably the only gen when 'gamers' talk about sales, at least 'fanboys' talk about their exclusives, it's not like anything change when a certain game sells millions.

It's also the reason why i love my PS3 so much. I do enjoy some sequels of PS2 games(MGS4,Crack in Time,etc) but i spend most of my time on IPs that are created this gen such as Uncharted,inFamous,RFoM,Motors torm,
Warhawk,LBP and the upcoming Last Guardian,WKC and ModNation Racers.

maybe it's just me, but i prefer controllers that do NOT cover my entire hand. As for analog placements, DS3 makes most sense to me.
Coming from a fanboy mag that idolizes a faceless dude in green power armour, they will do ANYTHING to piss on the PS3.
There are many components in a game that are critical. Sadly, the gfx of Bayonetta looks like turd,the music is horrendous and my impression of the story so far isn't good. And don't make me laugh by comparing the atmosphere with GOW3, Santa Monica is unmatched in the industry when it comes to that.
Maybe that flashy and chaotic combat appeals to so...
Most of my friends don't play online much and the fact that PSN is FREE means that it is POSSIBLE for us to play some UC2 coop together once i a while. I'm pretty sure none of them would be willing to pay for subscription-based services like LIVE.

i remember there was a time when i was at 99% and i just grabbed BZB from the PSN store to level up lol ^_^

Demon's Souls,UC2,KZ2,GOW:C,NGS2,DA:O
for moderates:
UC2,R&C:aCiT(amazing game buy it!!!),inFamous,BatmanAA,AC2
for casuals:
UC2,R&C:aCiT,inFamous,LBP ,Eyepet
it is used in games like Heavy Rain. It will add to the realism, not to mention that i've always felt that risky/niche games like HR should get a free pass when it comes to product endorsements, it will help to recoup the dev cost
UC2,DS,KZ2,inFamous,R&C,DA :O, i think UC2 deserves it hands down. Although i would love to see Demon's Souls getting credited with some Innovative GoTY award. Easily the most unique and refreshing game i've played in a decade, and SCEJ really shows some balls in publishing such a niche hardcore title that totally dismiss casual gamers.
SE found out that all their 360 RPGs have flopped. They didn't realise it was more due to targeting the wrong demograph and less to do with 'westerners only like wrpg'

But GT5 is looking VERY likely to end up as the best looking game of this gen when it ends.
Listing COD7 is really stupid, there's is nothing shown yet and none of its predecessors set any kind of standards when it comes to gfx at their respective time of release. And they are not investing in that much needed new engine anytime soon. Just be glad if they FINALLY decide to go 720p, the minimum HD standard.
