It's only seven days. I'm sure people can wait that long. Really doesn't matter at all.
Lol what? I'm a console gamer but that's just retarded.
Bad comparison. MGSV isn't a remake.
I've seen that too. It was interesting. Kind of wished it would have been in the full game.
@Thisisjuju
That's pretty much my guess too. Besides, people who complain about Quiet have definitely never played a single game from Kojima. He's done worse.
How does opening a LA studio "Americanize" Metal Gear? You do know they're only working on Metal Gear Online, right? Kojima even said they'd work on separate projects.
Who the hell is David Hellis?
That's their opinion. I don't see anything good when I look at Ryse or Forza.
There will always be a market for single player games.
There's no way PS4 can software emulate PS3. It would be possible to emulate it with the PS3 hardware but then it'd probably cost a lot more.
Remember they hardware emulated the PS2 with the first models of PS3? PS3's price was a major complaint back then. They had to cut it out because of that. So, no. I don't think it's realistic to ask for backwards compatibility.
IMO Knack looks like the best PS4 launch exclusive but there are some 3rd party games I'll go for first. It doesn't look bad but it's not exactly my favorite style of games.
I agree with MysticStrummer. I'm getting a PS4 but the launch exclusives on both sides aren't that impressive. Still prefer PS4's.
@Dno
I heard about that before they announced the same thing for other games at Gamescom. Something about making the transition to PS4 as easy as possible to the current PS3 users.
I thought about doing that too but then I heard the PS4 version might come out in a year at worst and I didn't want to wait. Plus, I was also told we'd have an upgrade to PS4 plan so I really don't mind getting it for PS3 right now.
They said it happens when a character zones. That character is left in a sort of transfer limbo. They're working on it.
I heard the Berlin campaign is less linear. It was disappointing considering it was kind of a sequel to the SNES game and that game was more "open world." Plus the SNES were extremely limited compared to today's PCs.
Anyhow, I have high hopes for the Berlin campaign.
@Dagobert
I agree with you that's borderline retarded. I meant actual BC would be a good move on Microsoft's part.
I don't think BC is that important personally but it would be a good move on Microsoft's part. I'm keeping my PS4 pre-order whatever happens though.
Indeed.
Agreed. Most of them are good choices except for Sniper Wolf and the final showdown with Ocelot... which was awesome and really well-done but not a boss fight at all. Personally, the best of all would have been the final fight in MGS4.
