The studio who ported Bully had nothing to do with Rockstar North and the technology behind this game barely have anything to do with what is being utilized for IV--it doesn't even use the RAGE engine, nor euphoria. Therefore it can't be an indicator for flaws that will be present in IV. How many years did it take to develop this anyway? IV took 5 years

I've appreciated seeing the game in-engine in all of these videos but they still don't beat actually being able to see gameplay. So many other companies show us gameplay before launch that it makes Rockstar look like they are being haughty; that no one really deserves to see the game until it's bought or when we see online reviews.

I expect these videos later this month to be trailers again, but I will be content only if they show off or subtly show off how the cars will look in...

If one has been part of the group of people looking and talking on GTA forums one would have already seen this. gta4.net and gtaforums featured this screenshot in both the PSM3 and Games Master hands-on preview scans back in the beginning days of last month. I still like this screen though because if one looks closely at the cop car's back, the tail light is shattering

I bet if they are really scared they throw up or it's that they can cough up the blood that comes through their mouths. Pedestrians can also probably throw up.

They are wrong about how to change the person you are aiming at--its a flick of the right thumbstick. I notice that there are conflicts with the different journalists in terms of what buttons are for what actions. Many say that the cinematic camera in the car is activated by holding down B, but a german journalist said it...

i shouldn't have wrote that there was no way graphics like that are possible i didn't mean to use an ultimatum. I'm just unsure how close to those pictures they can make the game look if it's a semi-sandbox game with a needed spontaneous physics engine.

like others are saying above, these are target pics from back in 2006. I don't even know why Worthplaying has them in the article. If there's going to be three cities there's no way the detail can look like that. GTA IV is probably between 10-25% smaller than San Andreas and it still doesn't look like this. All this time they are taking to make the game, even if it was only available on ps3 because of disk space, is most likely to be able to make the 3 cities possible, not to have graphics li...

The online previews are going to be up way before magazine stuff ima b looking forward to kikizo's in the next couple of weeks they always have hella detail. if Games Master and PSM 3 had that much detail in their hands on, Kikizo is going to be an inundation

@ngg12345

aye dumbass once you see the scope of this game u'll b shutting your mouth and realizing that what they've accomplished is actually quite impressive. There's always haters but I'm getting tired of hearing these gamers complaining about the graphics, they're ignoring all the other efforts rockstar has put forth to make this a hell of an experience. if the gameplay and environment/ambiance tech were the same as last generation, then we'd have a whole bunch to complain ab...

There isnt a mini game to hotwire the car but apparently the more you do it the faster he automatically hotwires the car. I'll repeat--niko will hotwire the car for us but as the game progresses (not necessarily the story but continued car hotwiring) he will perform it faster

I wish we had a high res of this but it looks clean i like the glittery paint job that car has, just like how most new cars look with that metallic paint thats a good job rite there. those bullet holes scare me tho they look really good. finally some window damage caused by hit detection! although the journalists who saw the recent preview said the front window still doesn't come all the way off (why is that?)

Now you sound stupid. The guy didn't write that the ps3 was the "main reason" the delay occurred so quit puttin words in his mouth. When the rep was asked about the delay the first thing out of his mouth was about development on the ps3 so it had to have been somewhat of a large factor so just face the facts. also if u looked around enough you would see that any game site that talks about the frame rate says its now at a solid 30 fps, of course smoother than any gta yet. nobody said...

i really dont remember who died in SA except tenpenny so i couldn't say. but since multiple ppl say Pulaski died ima agree with them

6743d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

This part of the gameplay doesnt look like its a mission, but just a typical police chase in the game. Pulaski was a minor supporting character but a named character nonetheless. he wouldn't just be in the streets on a random police chase at the mercy of niko's gun--to b killed. someone like him doesn't die until rockstar says so during the story, not the player

Since they sell xboxs cheaper than the manufacturing cost, like ps3 does, and have been doing it since the first when it was going against the ps2, the sells never eclipsed the money lost on selling them cheaper. the 360 is probably almost evening it out since it was the first to launch and continues to be popular, but with the loss of money on every sell, the got to look for profit elsewhere. Yea microsoft has a lot of money from their other divisions but one has to look at this situation f...

like they're saying above the game is too damn big and too many calculations are being performed at once to look like drake's fortune or call of duty 4. these screens are excellent considering what they're accomplishing. that screen, which i've never seen before thanks for sharing, isn't blown up like the screens we see from this link (which that site sucks it doesn't open the screen fully) those might not even be the intended resolution that those pics are being hosted at. video games look b...

While it is impressive what polyphony digital has done with GT5, it has a very controlled environment. Midnight club will have many civilian cars, crashes, its an open world game so it has to make the environments nice up close as opposed to GT where we will stay on the track. I guarantee that the trees GT uses save a lot of memory given how many tracks they are going to use.

Isn't that what the message at the end of the first video was saying?

6875d ago 0 agree0 disagreeView comment

Everybody has to admit, any doubts about the graphics can be laid to rest with this video. I read about how the video files are made this isn't some kind of gran turismo where the graphics are a little better and it runs at an excellent 60 fps. This is all in game and im lovin it hella clean
