EA needs to put out a new Madden every 2 years. I would be more willing to pay $15 to $20 for second year roster updates, than pay $60 for it. Basically the only reason to buy them every year is for the roster updates. It is the same damn game year after year.
They are lucky that we the American consumers, are some of the dumbest consumers in the world. You could pretty much package dog shit, and with good advertising campaign, it would sell here, in the good ole USA.
I got a PS3 this year for Xmas. Anyone want to buy a used 360? It has it own sound affects. When you play Cod, it sounds like a helicopter is landing in you living room.
This is why the rest of the world hates us. We are the most ungrateful country in the world. Especially in this economy, their are many kids whom would have loved to have had those consoles.

Wish I had the time to play 2 systems, but I don't, so I might as well sell my 360, games and accessories, and grab an extra $3-$400 that I can spend on some games for the PS3. Then figure in the $50 a year I won't be spending on Live, and it really hasn't cost me any $$$$ to switch.
Like I said 360 is a great system, and I had a lot of great times with it. I just don't like the direction M$ is going with Kinect, and the Live fee's.
Really don't have time for both. 360 is great, but with the PS3, I picked up a lot of older games for $10 on black Friday,and I have just grown tired of the Halo series.Great games, but a lot of the same old. I am jumping ship this Xmas, when I open up my PS3. $149 for Kinect, and $50 for live = the price of my PS3. (Got it with a $100 gift card from BB)

It's a conspiracy. M$ has enough money to make this happen. Make the PS3 version inferior, and multiplayer unplayable, and the 360 looks far superior to the PS3. God damn you M$.
If Sony lowered the price to $100, they would kill MS. They should advertise more about what they offer compared to the competition. Free online play, Blue Ray, and upcoming exclusives, just to name a few. Do a apple vs microsoft type of thing.
I own both consoles also, and other than Halo Reach, I do most of my gaming on the PS3. Reach is starting to get old for me though, and my yearly sub to live is about to be up. I don't think I will renew, and I am thinking of trading in my 360. I just don't see any must have games on the horizon for the 360.
It is pretty amazing how us Americans eat up advertising. Microsoft's marketing plan for Kinect seems to be really paying off big for them. Can't wait until Januar...
Really surprised by Sony getting their butts kicked like this. With the lineup they have announced for 2011, I picked one up due to my 360 not having anything good coming next year. I really think that MS are putting consoles in homes due to kinect, and people will be sorry once the novelty wears off.
It will be funny when all of the people who bought Kinect for Xmas this year, are stuck with it in January, after the novelty wears off. How much jumping around and batting at balls on screen can you really do?

I just picked up the PS3 bundle from WM on Black Friday. I am thinking about selling or trading in my 360. I see no reason to keep it, and no reason to pay for Live anymore.
You should just get a PS3. Much easier for managing accounts. I just switched to it from an Xbox 360, and would never go back!!!.
Kinect is selling so well because of the marketing. You see commercials in prime time on T.V., and on the main channels. During NFL football games, and lots of other popular shows. Mommy and Daddy see this and viola, another kinect sold.
Was hoping for a good deal on PS3 Move Bundle. I guess I'll have to wait for BB, Amazon, or Walmart.
Hell, Microsoft has sold a crap console for the last 5 years and the public bought it. Now they will sell a crappy gimmicky web cam, and the public seems to be buying it.
I'm switching over to PS3 this holiday season. Had live since it started, so I figure I have paid over $400 to M$ over the years. I'll be damned if I am going to pay $10 more.
Oh, and hows about putting a damn web browser in the 360 already.
