Its clear he did not put any time into GT5. He even states that he put 2-3 hours into it.
1. He wants GT5 to list the cars in his garage that are allowed in a specific event. Guess he must have missed the garage button that is clearly visible when selecting an event.

The self shadows in the interior dont look bad, and add to the game. Its my favorite part of GT5. I love racing through the Nurburgring, and the interior shadows further add to the sense of speed. But it could definitely look better.
I can understand how boring it starts out. First hour = tutorial for new people to the series + riding a horse with Machiavelli(that took way too long)

A) Objectively critizing is saying something like: the shadows in GT5 are buggy.
B) Subjectively critizing is saying something like: the menu in GT5 is cumbersome
A is objective because its a fact(personally, I think the shadows are in the right places, but even I cant deny that they are blocky and fidgety)
B is subjective because its an opinion(personally I think the menus are just fine)
I think as long as the graphics are either good or creative, its good enough.
As long as the graphics aren't terrible to look at, I'll play the game if the gameplay is good.
Its all for sales. A lot of people this gen are wary of spending $60 for a single player only game.

The reviews might have you believing otherwise, but there's little wrong with GT5, and Sony hasn't "lied" about anything. The only problems with it that I can think of are the bad shadows on certain tracks.

It's not really "unlocking" damage, its more like as you progress through the game and level up, the game gets harder and harder, and more realistic damage is a part of that, along with harder AI, etc
it would be more impressive if the bundle actually existed before this boost.
